The cruise was relaxing. We had great weather. I have a huge issue with NOT RECEIVING our $200 onboard credit for upgrading to a suite! I would like some communication as to how this can be rectified! The food was mediocre but adequate. We still had fun just being away.

This was a girls trip. It was the first cruise for a couple of them and they loved it! It was a little rocky the first night but overall it was a great experience. It was too short for us all!

Will do this cruise again but will have to remember that there are now a lot of charges they never had before.

Amazing first cruise. This was my mom's bucket list cruise, so there was 11 of us cruising together. We had a fantastic experience and so glad we chose Carnival Elation for our first cruise experience. We thoroughly enjoyed Gabe as our Cruise Director, the shows, the games, the Lido Deck, and it was small enough to get around easily, yet large enough to have the full cruise experience. The ports were beyond beautiful and Junkanoo had the most amazing service we could ask for. Made memories to last a lifetime!

We have been on over 50 cruises and this was the very worst cruise we have ever been on. Ar very first cruise was in the 90's on Carnival. They have come way down in quality!!!

We had a wonderful time. This cruise truly took our mind off everything. Well worth it!

Overall, the experience was very positive. However, I would have liked the live performances to not being at the early dining time of 6 p.m. where we could have watched them.

Overall our trip was great, but we were very disappointed that we paid for 2 stops and only did one and was not compensated in anyway. Refunding a potion of our money would have been great. We did not come on a this specific trip to spend 2 days at sea.

Everything was perfect up until disembarkation. Things went as expected and the food was excellent and there was plenty of it.

Our cruise was amazing. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. Stateroom staff was amazing as well as the entertainment staff.

Thus was our 1st cruise so nothing to compare it to, but it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be cruising more often.

Carnival can be hit or miss. Outside of the food being just ok, we had a fun time. The staff on this ship was top notch. Very fun. Lots of activities for everyone. I’m not a pool person. The pool area was stupid crowded and too small, but didn’t impact me because that’s not my thing. It was way too hot. It’s a smaller ship. Cruises are what you make them. Join in and do stuff and you’ll have fun.

This was one of the best cruises I have been on. We had our daughters and their families and we had church friends there also but everyone was so kind. This was a wonderful reintroduction to cruising after 4 years of not cruising. Thank you. Going out of Jacksonville was closer to home which is North Carolina. The employees were very helpful, respectful and kind. I only have good to say overall of everything and everyone.

Not bad for a first cruise experience but definitely curious to try a bigger boat or even another cruise line. Service just wasn't as friendly as I would've hoped. Lots of attitude and no one really tried to accommodate us at all with anything. Split up our breakfast group for no reason when it was pretty slow in the restaurant, and just not super friendly anywhere. Again, except Oleg in dining and our steward Katut. They were delightful!

In Bimini, there’s nothing really to do but go to the beaches if you not doing excursions.

Overall we all enjoyed our first cruise. Great experience
