This was one of the best cruises I have been on. We had our daughters and their families and we had church friends there also but everyone was so kind. This was a wonderful reintroduction to cruising after 4 years of not cruising. Thank you. Going out of Jacksonville was closer to home which is North Carolina. The employees were very helpful, respectful and kind. I only have good to say overall of everything and everyone.

The food was great. Getting a vegan meal was easy Our servers were very efficient and helpful and patient overall since we had 6 small children in our party. The buffet food was excellent. Everything was clean, tasty and a good selection of foods.
Onboard Activities

The facial pampering and message tasting were good. The facial I received and the messages my family had were excellent. Everything was very nice. I actually didn't do a lot of activities.
Entertainment

We saw some of the entertainment in Mikado. The singers and dancers were good but not necessarily my choice of entertainment but overall the little bit I saw they did an excellent job overall. The violinists in the atrium were wonderful. The ice sculpture was very exciting.
Service and Staff

Paulcy was our room steward. He was thorough and very helpful, patient and did a great job. Shania, Seon and Ruebin our servers were excellent, Yin Yin was very helpful and kind. Kulasak with juice was so fun and kind. Chelswyn at the guest services and Sushil were wonderful help and very kind. Dee in Clod 9 was wonderful. She gave me a great facial and was very helpful in teaching me. The cruise director was great. He was clean and did not use suggestive or unclean talk. He was a very excellent cruise director. Stephan was one of the best. I'm sure there were more I could name but these are the main people. I really felt so blessed to be on this ship and get a new appreciation for all that took place. Thank you.

Yes the ship was clean and overall well kept. The design is very nice and it worked well for us as a smaller ship. Very nice.
Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin worked well with 2 adults and 2 children. I had to learn to be careful not to hit my head with the overhead bunks but very nice. It worked well and was clean.
Ship tip
Be kind to those who work there. They work hard to make guests happy so don't act spoiled or like you are entitled. Treat them how you would want to be treated. Most are away from their families and would appreciate to be treated kindly.
