Review summary

Overall our trip was great, but we were very disappointed that we paid for 2 stops and only did one and was not compensated in anyway. Refunding a potion of our money would have been great. We did not come on a this specific trip to spend 2 days at sea.

I have missed ports too. It is part of cruising.

I have missed ports because of fog, wind, medical emergency so cruising during hurricane season you can almost count on missing some ports

You would have been reimbursed for the port fees of the missed port. Cruising during hurricane season there's always a possibility of missing ports. It's all listed in your documents.

Thanks for the review. We have missed ports. We look forward to doing them at another time. But knew in signing the contract that missing ports is a possibility.

ports are NEVER guaranteed and can be changed. you agreed to that in the contract you signed. they won't nor do the have to compensate for a missed port of its beyond their control.
