As first time cruisers we learned that you can order more then one thing in the dining room. We learned that almost everything starts on time and it does help to be early for some shows and performances. There is a lot of walking. We didn't expect to walk as much as we did, but being on the aft, we walked every where.

donot expect much from the main buffet, but if you can do try the chef table it was outstanding experience.

Bring your fun attitude along with you, sometimes you may have to deal with a few lines at the popular eating spots like Guys Burgers. This is a fun ship with a great crew, let lose and have fun, your on vacation! Don't sweat the little things and have a blast!

The couches on deck 11 aft are literally in the best place on the ship for everything, close to the bar, the aft pool, and the views are stellar. Plus, they are rarely too busy!

We actually enjoyed the Deck 1, since we could scoot right out at each port. Didn't miss the balcony at all. Also, don't expect much from the in-cabin TV. Not only is the set poor but the programming consists of CNN, CNN Spanish, CNN Headline, and CNN Business, plus a couple of oddball stations. We are not CNN fans and felt like we were being brainwashed!

Go! Don’t hesitate. It was a trip of a lifetime. Carnival Dream has the experience of it’s passengers in mind through the whole cruise. There was not a time that I felt uneasy about anything. Everyone was there to make my first cruise the best! And they did. I will be back.
