Overall we were very happy with everything we did. We are already planning another cruise and the sooner the better.

The porters were very attentive to us and made sure to keep our family together. Even though I am handicapped and use a scooter the gentleman was great at telling me exactly where I needed to go.

We especially enjoyed the Scarlet Dining Room. Roderic, Bryan, and Geovanie took such good care of us. My daughter has a nut allergy and Roderic would be sure to make sure she had a special menu every night to pick out what she could eat and have it prepared for her the next night. We thoughly enjoyed Showtime. We had to make sure we were in the dining room every night so we wouldn't miss Showtime
Redfrog Rum Bar

We enjoyed going down there and have drinks while the movie was going on. Andre, Johnnie, Ray, and Kingsley were so friendly. Those guys really made us feel so welcome and right at home.Even when we were at other parts of the ship on a different deck they would stop and speak and give us a hug.
Onboard Activities

We enjoyed the movies by the pool on Lido deck each night. The music they had each day was also very enjoyable. I especially liked the steel drum player and the DJ Zen.
Cloud 9 Spa

Shawnalee did a 12 day shallac treatment on our nails and also a pedacure. She asked us to come back and see her when we got dressed up.
Entertainment

The steeldrum player was very talented and could play just about anything on that one drum. I also enjoyed the music DJ Zen played as well. Really all of the music was enjoyable.

We didn't have any children on the cruise.
Service and Staff

Everyone was so friendly and always wore a smile on their face. Our room steward George was so very nice. He made our room so nice and comfortable to come and relax each night. The towel animals were so cute too.

Our suite was beautiful and very relaxing. We had plenty of room and everything was alwaslys clean an and nice. The only thing we would say that was needed would be a soap dish on the sink. We had our bar of soap on the wrapper all week. Other a.than that everything was great.
Ship tip
Enjoy yourself to the fullest. As soon as you get used to all the fun it is time to go home. :(
My daughter an and granddaughter went on the island and enjoyed themselves. I was afraid of the transfer to the other boat for myself to go. We did not do any excursions
We enjoyed going to all the shops and my daughter and granddaughter went on the lift and saw all the beautiful forest and beach. It was very beautiful.
I think there should have been security on each floor to help handicapprled people to get an elevator. It was very confusing and dangerous the way things were handled. There should have been a special place for handicapped and their families to get off the ship. Having two lines of people going down and then having wheeldlchairs coming down the middle was dangerous.
