In my 4 cruises with Carnival, this was the worst cruise I’ve ever been on. 1st balcony, lots of money, and a horrible cruise!! Too many things were wrong! Bye bye Carnival!

Main dining hall was delicious every night. Ate breakfast the only day they had it open. The buffet was horrible. Basically the same foods every day and the food was horrible. Ate sweets for lunch!

Was told they had a scrapbooking class on this ship but they didn’t. No ice skating rink. We watched a few shows and one of the comedians was awful! There just wasn’t much to do for us on this ship.

The bed was the worst I’ve ever slept on. It hurt my back pretty bad so I couldn’t do much. There was no where to sit in the room. The drawers were sticky (were not cleaned). The 1st time we have a balcony and have all these problems. And I’m still having problems with my back thanks to your awful bed that should have had a pad over the twin beds!!

Find another ship! This was probably my last cruise with Carnival. They also tore up 2 pieces of my luggage!
Back hurting from that bed! Thank you Carnival...I never got off the ship because I couldn’t walk far because my back was killing me!! I wasted a lot of money on what I thought was going to be a beautiful and fun Christmas cruise! Very upset!!
This ship is highly rated for a reason. 9/10 people would sail on her more than once. Op is the one. All good. Personally I love everything about the Dream. # 3 on her in May
Sorry about your experience, but a little research and you could have found out what activities are available on their ships. The activities that you wanted are not available on Carnival, they're on Royal Caribbean. A quick check on their website would have shown you that. As far as the room being clean, all you had to do was let your room steward know. They could have also gotten you an egg crate or extra comforters to help with the comfort of the bed.
If your room was not clean .. then you should of asked for it to be cleaned properly as soon as you found the problem.. and as for the bed they could of put a egg shell liner on which would have made it more comfortable.. why was there no where to sit ? If the food was so bad in the buffet you could of had other food .. fresh made sandwiches or salad pizza burgers .. room service why was the balcony a problem?
20 cruises have not had a bad on yet we always find something for a light lunch then go to the MDR for dinner none of this would of spoiled my cruise ... why wait till you get back to complain all your issues could of been fixed and you could of had a great vacation...
