Food was very good, not over the top, but good. No specialty dining on this cruise, Came back 10 lbs. heavier so it must have been good. Excellent wait staff.
Onboard Activities

Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate fully, it was very cool and rough waters. No pools at all on this cruise, once in the hot tub which was very relaxing.

This cruise was unlike others in that I am still making donations to the casion( thinking I should ask for a tax receipt). My biggest issue with the casino is the smoking, for teh most part the few slots that were non smoking, guests were smoking at.

Abouluty the best ever, how do they remember everyones name from day one? they must use cheet sheets. Very personal experience.

Only concern on this ship is that id did appear to take a lot of time for room service trays to be cleared from the corridores.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was great, Stewarts were quick to find an extension cort for CPAP machine, We did not realize that the beds did not have outllets. The only down fall was that we did not get to spend a lot of time on th ebaclony as it was too cold or the water was too rough. Again through no fault of the cruise line.
3 days prior to crusie, visited the French Quarter, way too many oysters to count, Harrahs Casino( another spot for making donations) . Most Excellemt Music and Beverages at the 30/90 club on Frenchmans street.
4th or 5th visit to this island, so no organized excursions this time. We just rentred a Jeep took the top off and drove around the island. WIsh we had though of bringing swimwear with us.
Hey sunshinel9ver, your mileage may vary! It’s just been our experience. Yes, there are people almost everywhere that don’t, but the percentage or the concentration seemed much higher to us from NOLA.

That is a very unfair statement about the crowd that sails from New Orleans. I have gone out of NY, FT. Lauderdale, Miami, Baltimore, Mobile and there are people EVERYWHERE that do not follow the rules.!!!!!😎😎
Thanks for the report. Sadly, it’s also been our experience that Carnival does nothing to enforce smoking / no smoking areas... or any of their other rules, for that matter. It’s also been our experience that the crowd that sails from NOLA is the worst as far as following the rules.
