The service and food well exceeded my expectations. I felt like I was treated like I was someone very special at all times. The food was amazing. I can honestly say that it was the best I ever had.

Scarlet Dining Room

The service was way beyond normal. I may not have the spelling right, but the same gal took care of our table through the entire cruise. I think she spellled her name Kia. I sure hope I got that right. She was amazing. She remembered all our names, drinks, likes and dislikes regarding the food choices. She was extremely efficient and took care of all our needs with such ease. She definitely someone that knows her job and wood be someone to take a good look at if there is ever a chance for promotion. Her personality definitely reflects the high standards the CruiseLine has set. Thank you for making me feel so special.

Onboard Activities

Swimming, hot tub, walking around the deck each morning, shows in the Encore Theatre, the comidy shows were great, enjoyed watching all the interaction with the families and games. They were very enjoyable. The music that was played all day just made you feel good. Having the opportunity to either lay in the sun or sit in the shade to read on many decks, was wonderful. Thank you. I can tell a lot of thought was put into the relaxing needs of your passengers.

It was great to have a quiet place to relax with adults only. Spent a lot of time there.

Loved the variety of entertainment. There was something for all ages. This was way more than I expected to see. We went every night. Hats off to all the entertainers.

Service and Staff

Wonderful! No matter where we went, everyone smiled and had a great greeting. They made me feel that they were so happy to be there. Our room steward was exceptional. I can’t remember his name, maybe Francis? Maybe you could look it up. Room9322. He even remembered our names when we saw him when we were walking down the hall. I felt like we were at home. He was so efficient. No matter what we needed, he took care of it right away. His smile and personality made us feel special. This is my first cruise, but it will not be my last. Loved the room and the service!

Ship Quality

It didn’t take me long to get to know the layout of the ship. Although, there was a lot of confusion with us and other guests as to how to get to our dining room ...Scarlet Lower Level. There was a lot of getting off on the right floor and taking the stairs to actually get there. If you had it marked better, or gave us better direction would have made it much easier. Otherwise, th other venues were easy to find. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the ship in general. Good job to your staff.

Cabin / Stateroom

Loved it. Bigger than I expected. There were two of us and we had plenty of room. We spent most of time on the balcony. The view was amazing.

Ship tip

Go! Don’t hesitate. It was a trip of a lifetime. Carnival Dream has the experience of it’s passengers in mind through the whole cruise. There was not a time that I felt uneasy about anything. Everyone was there to make my first cruise the best! And they did. I will be back.
