I was so pleased with my choice to have my wedding and honeymoon with carnival. My coordinators Jill and Marketa was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. Jill was take charge and effectively made my wedding run smoothly. All my songs played at the proper time and i have NO COMPLAINTS. My cabin was decorated beautifully! My room steward Adrian was the absolute best steward I have ever had. He was so attentive, fast to accommodate us with what we needed! The room was cleaned perfectly and ice/towels were replaced daily. The actual cruise was wonderful. The staff were always smiling, cleaning, and helping out the guests. The entertainment was great. I enjoyed bingo, dancing in the streets and clue.  The food was mediocre at the buffet but the dining room food is awesome, just small portions. The steak house food was wonderful and the impeccable experience is memorable. I enjoyed the staff dancing during dinner, and the congrats singing happy honeymoon. The photographer Joseph was like family. His work was beautiful, his directions were funny but effective. I cant wait for another cruise. 

This was our first Carnival cruise. it just doesn't measure up to our experience on Royal Caribbean.  There were not very many activities planned each day. the food was OK.  I have been spoiled with Royal Caribbean so I guess I have high standards. This was the most we have ever paid for a cruise and it was one of the worst. :(  On a high note we loved New Orleans.

We love to cruise.  With us being senior adults, we would pick a smaller ship with less party goers.  Carnival Dream is for younger crowds and families.  The service was great and ship was kept clean.  Belize City would have not been my pick for a port stop.  Recommend changing this port stop for another.  The food was good but it could be improved on.  I guess this was due to such a large ship and having to feed 3000 guests.  Overall, we enjoyed our cruise, but as stated earlier, we would choose smaller ship.  That's just our personal preference.

Carnival Cruise was beyond our expectations!  The service was outstanding! Our kids love Camp Oceans and so do we, the parents!  The food was wonderful but I do wish they would offer more dinner buffet on the Lido deck.  The shows was awesome! 

I had the best time, only bad thing is my 80$ phone case was stolen out of my room. The flying Scotsman was the best entertainment ever it made our first experience the best

Food was good, but nothing stood out.  Most food was lacking in spices and flavors in the main dining room.  The Lido deck buffet was very disappointing as far as options and no late night service.   The layout of the ship is good.  I would like to see a little better shopping experience on the ship.  All in all, we had a great week.

The cruise was wonderful from the entertainment  to getting off at the ports. Punchline comedy was the best. I would recommend this cruise to everyone.  Only improvement needed is to allow us to carry back on our bottles of water.

Great trip and had a great time.  Everything was good all throughout the trip.

We enjoyed the cruise very much.  Good staff and good food.  Would do again in the future.  The room was nice and staff was great always clean and tidy.  Fresh towels kept in room and cleaned everyday. 

I had an amazing time the service was over the top I will definitely be back however now I will always book thru carnival on need to use this site again however my agent Rose was delightful she was able to answer all of my questions thanks Rose.

The service was excellent! We were treated like royalty, Made our Steward made an extra effort to learn our names and always greeted us with a smile and by name. Rui, Henry, Miguel, our waiters gave us service usually reserved for VIP's. 

the flying Scotsman cruise director was the best ever !!!!! we had lots of fun the dream was great  food was good entertainment was great I will be back on the dream soon love it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the food was great... the entertainment was awesome...we booked excursions through Carnival at each port and they all met or exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to plan our next cruise. Thanks Carnival 

My suite room steward EDUARDO !!!!  was EXCELLENT the best part of the cruise second only by our Scarlett dining staff ARI !!!  and assistants.

after cruising multiple carnival and NCL and 1 Royal,  I have to say the Spa and Lido buffet was the worst experience and food quality.

I paid extra for Thermal suit use for the day, I and other passengers could not get assistance in the Spa,  the spa recept overcharged me and 2 hours and 21 minutes before we received the ice water in the meditation room after 4 guests notification and request if there was somewhere else to go and receive a glass of water, the staff just walked away...(sea day- monday 9/26)

Additionally my son, who received a birthday (9/24) spa gift card on 9/30 (port day) went to the spa on 10/1 (sea day) to purchase services was treated rudely as if we were "peons" and informed  the card expired 9/30.  I was attempting to buy products recommended by Mary the fabulous massage therapist and was ignored, and stared at after asking questions.  I was informed that I didnt possibly by elemis products at another spa? i have bought elemis products from carnival on 2 prior cruises and from another spa. I asked ingredients and was told Frangiapani flower! which is the name of the oil I was interested in purchasing.  Subsequently, myself, my daughter in law(1st cruise) and my son said thank you and walked away.  we were the ONLY patrons in the waiting area and 2  (1 blonde male and 1 female) were on computer and were rude and just staring at us and if we were inconveniencing their day.  They were not interested in providing a spa menu we requested so they lost about $300+ in spa services that day for 3 people.

I am very disappointed with the spa which i had experienced on multiple other ships with satisfaction. 

The buffet no longer has the special dining night with ice sculpture and could only try to locate coffee or tea that wasn't empty.  The food was quite bad not even up to take out on some occasions.

the scarlet dining seating dinners were excellent with excellent service and were our only options to receive a decent meal (did have a great sandwich from the aft 24 hr deli on the last sea day)

The Motown night was my favorite night on the cruise. Worst thing was the cold temperatures in the auditorium and lounge areas. We literally froze. Dining was great. The hamburgers on the Lido deck were the greatest. Loved Chris as the cruise director and our headwaiter Frank along with Alit were fun and provided us with excellent service. And always keep the marriage game because everytime I have seen it it has been a highlight of the cruise.

 My favorite part was the shows. My boys favorite part was their clubs. We all enjoyed the excursions we did in Cozumel and Grand Cayman. Improve on the trivia games. I would definitely recommend this trip to others.

Getting OFF of the ship! The entire cruise was horrible. I have contacted carnival cruise and filed my concerns with them and I will be contacting the BBB. Room service once a day. No entertainment. The price is still the same but lack of service. The drinks were weak and watered down. And not to mention American airline would not help me find a hotel in new Orleans. and was very rude. never will I book from them again. they use a 3rd party company who is not affiliated with them. Sad. I want a refund. and I want to know how and when this will handled.

I thought I accepted the room I was looking at deck 8 towards the back of the ship. Paid for the room. Waited few days to review order looking for my room when I called they told me was going to be a few days till they assign the room. Then when I got the room it was under the kitchen and banging and sliding items all night. To say dissatisfied with the room I paid for is an understatement. This is my 4 the cruise. I booked all others using a travel agent, and was very satisfied. Tried on my own this time and not satisfied at all. It would be ok if I saved any money but I paid same as always. My best advise is deck 7_8 middle of ship.  Some really nice rooms on very back of ship also 

Starting our trip it was stress free, we had gotten to the port safely. Boarding went very quickly, getting to the cabin also, our bags were delivered quickly didn't have to was a long period of time. Housekeeping introduced themselves when we entered the room. Christian, made our experience staying within the cabin a good one, Christian  asked up front what would be the best time for him to clean the room and if we were running behind from the day he touched base with us later that day. Over all we were pleased.

This cruise was nice enough, but just not as good as I've had on other cruise lines.  There was only one speciality restaurant and it was always booked up.  The food was ok.  Not the high quality food that I was expecting.  The first night I got a pork chop that I had to saw through.  The food was actually better on the buffet.  My room steward was awesome!!!  She had the room picked up with we came back from breakfast everyday, and did our turndown service every evening while we were at dinner.  The comedian the first night was ok, but the second night was terrible.  No one in our group of 10 thought he was very good!  All in all it was a nice cruise, just not the greatest! 

The service was really bad.  Took 30-45 minutes to get a drink and not very many waiters or waitresses.   I saw 2 waiters in one hour for approximately 100 people.  The cruise director was really bad. A lot of older people and no activities or music for them.  Only one show a night and that wasn't very good.  The food was above average and the food service ok.  We had to ask every night for extra butter you would think they would remember.  The room steward only showed up once a day and never put new towels at night or cleaned the mirrors from one day to next.  We had to make our own fun and did so we had a good time.  A couple of good bands but nothing for the 60-75 group.  I won't take a carnival crusie in the near future.  Royal Carribbean puts them to shame.
