Review summary

Getting OFF of the ship! The entire cruise was horrible. I have contacted carnival cruise and filed my concerns with them and I will be contacting the BBB. Room service once a day. No entertainment. The price is still the same but lack of service. The drinks were weak and watered down. And not to mention American airline would not help me find a hotel in new Orleans. and was very rude. never will I book from them again. they use a 3rd party company who is not affiliated with them. Sad. I want a refund. and I want to know how and when this will handled.

It would have been perfect but the door to the outside made a slamming noise the entire 7 days

Don't do it a waste of time and money! Carnival is so greedy! They don't sell the white Hennessey until the last day to get the most for the liquor. I got it for a discounted price because I found it in grand cayman for 40. The billion dollar ship wanted 56 dollars! sad. that's stealing from your

We have sailed Dream twice and the entertainment was the best-- out of 15 cruises. I'm surprised. I dont think it's AA job to find a hotel for you. The rest of us find our own hotel.

WOW. I'm just amazed at your review. AA has nothing to do with Carnival. Nor are they in the hotel booking business. If you've been on 7 or more cruises you would know that the ship prices for alcohol is generally higher but they will price match.

WOW....SOME PEOPLE ARE NEVER HAPPY. I HAVE BEEN ON 4 CRUISES. NONE OF THEM WERE BAD. ALL AT LEAST 3 STARS. I HAVE NEVER FOUND THE CREW TO BE RUDE IN ANY WAY WHAT SO EVER. SOMETIMES THE FOOD IS GOOD, SOMETIMES NOT SO MUCH. SOMETIMES LINES ARE LONG, BUT THAT DEPENDS ON WHAT TIME YOU EAT. JUST HAVE FUN, RELAX, BE HAPPY.

Sorry but not believable I think your name says it all??? Since when do airlines make hotel reservations? Maybe a driving vacation is better suited to you. Don't blame carnival and American Airlines for your vacation.

Sorry, but you have to pay for your cruise just like everyone else. Going on a cruise, having a blast, returning home to post a nasty comment demanding a refund should not and will not get you a refund. Nice try though

Not even sure where to start as much of your post doesn't make sense. Why would American Airlines find you a hotel? I'm fairly confident there was entertainment...did you refer to the Funtimes to see where said entertainment was??

I don't believe that you could not find one thing good about this cruise . Carnival did not try to sale you drugs. Why is that his fault. Maybe carnival had to pay more fir their Hennessy than they got it in Grand cayman. How many times a day to get rooms service at a hotel? And by the time you pay a hotel for 7 nights buy 3 or 4 meals a day you spend more than you do cruising. Entertainment that's a laugh there is every kind of entertainment you can ask for on that ship. Surely you could find something. You are just trying to get a free vacation or you are a troll
