Getting on the ship was a phenomenal process. Carnival did a FANTASTIC job at making sure there were plenty of employees available to guide the lost cruisers to where they needed to go. The process went so smoothly and started the trip off just right. The ship itself was well taken care of. Our room was always pleasantly kept clean thanks to our wonderful steward, Sherwin. Off the bat, he knew our names and made us feel welcome to the ship. Our dinner crew consisted of Eric, Theresa and Marco. They were PHENOMENAL!! We did the late dinner in Blush. Our food was amazing! The service was quick, efficient and most importantly, fun! The music out on the lido deck was great. It was always nice to go out and have a drink and enjoy the sunshine. We had a wonderful server named, Igede. He was always so personable and knew exactly what we wanted and went out of his way to come to the third deck to bring us our drinks. The port days went very smoothly. We learned that if we could wait for the first group of people to get off the ship, then we could go down and be able to walk right off as opposed to waiting in a long line. Overall, I was very impressed with the carnival experience! The staff was amazing and deserve all the recognition for making our trip as fun and enjoyable as it was. Looking forward to our next Carnival cruise!

This was my first cruise. I was very impressed with the customer focus of Carnival employees. They went out of their way to greet me, welcome me, and do everything possible to make it an enjoyable trip. The food was great, our room was clean and well maintained, every day, great on board entertainment, and wonderful excursions in Jamaica, Cayman Islands, and Cozumel. I was definitely impressed and plan to sail again on the Breeze!

I have been on Carnival Magic twice and Carnival Breeze just isn't the same.  The one thing that struck me is I asked if the room size was the same and it certainly wasn't.  I did not care for this cruise at all.

Overall the cruise was wonderful.  There were a few quirks.  The cabins were too hot at all times.  Our room steward did not change the sheets every day.  There were several of the crew members that were very rude and acted like we were a bother.  The food in the MDR was kind of bland.  The excursions were great.  I really enjoyed the Turtle Farm in The Caymans.  It was very educational.  We had wonderful weather.  The buffet was good and Mongolian Wok was great.  We ate at Guys Burgers once and I didn't find it to be all that great.  The 4d theater was out of service the entire cruise.  This was one of the main reasons we booked this ship.  Also the rope course was open for about 2 hrs the whole trip.  This was my 7th cruise.  I guess I expected more to offer on the Breeze however I rate it at this point below The Magic.  We are booked again on the The Breeze next year.  I'll see if it's for the better.

Absolutely LOVED it. No complaints! Everyone was so friendly. Made you feel like pay off the Carnival family. The cruise director, Mike was a blast. We could not figure out when he ever slept. The comedy shows were awesome!  We discovered the Miami Vice & Kiss on the Lips, highly recommend trying both. We also recommend the Anytime Dining. Enjoyed movie night, saw movies we had not watched yet. The wate park looked like fun, never did try the slides......should have! Nothing negative here...... Can't wait to book our next cruise. Fingers crossed Mike will be our cruise director. 

Everything we planned went perfectly. The food was overall decent. Very good at dinner/restaurants, kind of mediocre at the buffet but that was to be expected. We were on time for our excursions and they went very well. Our room staff was fantastic! They sent us coupons for my friend's birthday. Our room was always straightened twice a day. They even called a plumber who retrieved a lost contact that fell down the sink. The staff was always friendly and excited to be there. I never saw bugs around the ship and there were people constantly cleaning different areas. I would book this same ship all over again.

The Breeze is the same design as the Magic.  Overall it was a good trip.  The soot from the smoke stacks mad the back pool areas unusable.  Service and food was very good. 

The cruise was wonderful!! The only mishap was the 3 hour wait in the hot sun before check-in and the fact that no Carnival staff had the courtesy to inform us as to why the delay.

Where do i begin ...first we stood in line waiting to board from 10 am to 3pm without food or water. Then once aboard we finally got to our rooms only to be rocked back and forth for the remainder of the trip. Even our pictures moved back and forth. The food was awful it made us sick. We spent 4 nights of little sleep thanks to people next door having sex all night and shaking our bed all night. I will never go on another cruise ever again. PERIOD 

I was on vacation with my mother (age 75) and high school friends with their parents (age 89 and 95).  We had a wonderful time.  The staff was great and lots of things to do.  And a very big Shout Out for the two Shows - Motor City and Divas.  They were fantastic!!!!  My family and I were quite impressed. I have traveled on at least 10 cruises in the last 20 years, and I have never seen better shows.  WOW!!!  Please share with the performers, they were GREAT!!!

I loved the attention the dinning staff gave us. My waiter and waitress at table (518) was the BEST. Both made sure I was comfortable with my meal. If their was something I didn't want they had no problem accommodating me with something I did want. I would also be crazy not to mention the LIVE entertainment I received while dinning. My table as well as other tables next to us joined in and had a BLAST with the Blush dinning staff. (5 out of 5 STARS) Great job Breeze!!!!!!

I've cruised other much more expensive lines and to be honest Carnival was just as good and in some ways better. If your looking for a fun family cruise with kids this line beats out Disney. If your retired and looking for a quite peacefully time with not many kids running around I advise Holland cruise line. My only complaint is that sometimes the milk in the mornings was barely cold. More like room temp. Also even the the lido deck would be open for buffet I would go there for dinner and most of it would be closed. Love the app that tells you what is open and what is going on but wish it would specif you as to what buffets were open and when. Overall my fiancee and I had an awesome time and will be coming back to Carnival hopefully soon.

The cruise overall was OK.  It didn't overwhelm or underwhelm.  There wasn't anything that stood out as being great or excellent.  I felt like i got what i paid for.  I have to give them credit where credit is due and that is the food.  That was the one aspect of the cruise, i truly enjoyed.  Everything tasted wonderful.

In my opinion, the Breeze had the best crew from all my bined. John, our cabin steward was excellent.  We chose your time dining and ate in the Sapphire dining room.  We asked for the same table every day.  Roberto and his team (Arsana and Ning) were fantastic!

We had no issues with embarkation or debarkation.  The staff at the port were friendlier than our previous experiences.

I would definitely recommend this ship.  Our cabin was 2276 (cove balcony) which was in a great location.  

We weren't sure if we would continue to cruise with Carnival but this vacation motivated us to keep it in consideration.

I'm not a fan of any port in Jamaica however, my sons and their girlfriends went on a zip line excursion in Montego Bay and absolutely loved it.  They felt safe and well taken care of by their guides.

The ship is pretty great. I will say that. Our room was pretty great too. We had a balcony very near the main pool, which made it convenient. The food not too bad. Some was really great and some not so great unfortunately. For instance, the first formal night we opted for steak and lobster. The steak was really good, but the lobster was small and mushy. Not a great way to start our dinning room experience. They messed up our dessert order as well. Tried to hide the mistake, but we noticed and that caused us to have to wait much longer than we would have had to wait. 

After excursions, we can back to the ship hungry and found that most all the places for food were closed. Except Guys Hamburgers, and how many times do you want to eat the same, same. They were great burgers, but not day after day. After breakfast the juice machines were closed and opened with tea and coffee . . I longed for the juice.

The atrium is definitely on the small side from what they used to be. On this ship after the evening shows they bring the party to the atrium which can be fun, but because the atrium is small the crowd overwhelms the space.

Exiting the ship for excursions is a NIGHTMARE! It was the worst I have ever seen and I have been on 20 some odd cruises. They had you lining up in the hallways in front of peoples cabins, no air circulating, loud talking from everyone and smashed together trying to get off.

Debarking was much better. They went by floor. It was the easiest I have ever experienced. Whichever floor your room was on called, thats the floor that exited. It went extremely quickly, no lines! Thats a much better plan than for excursions.

Very small main pool area. With the kids playing, jumping and being just kids, rowdy and all it didn't make for the best poolside time. Chairs were crammed next to each other so no space for your drink or bag you might have with you. 

Room service menu has shrunk down to a bare minimum. I was very disappointed. There are many times I like the quite of my room and a meal on the balcony. Thats a no go anymore.

We never book excursions from the ship anymore. They are way too crowded and more expensive than if you make arrangements on your own. We book thru a travel agent when we book the cruise. That is far more exciting and well worth it. We did far more than booking from the ship for less money. No crowds, more private for sure. Guides are so willing to do what you want to do, for example you want to stop for a photo . . . you got it! No problem.

The time on the islands are so limited. I don't understand why you only get half a day basically. You are incredibly rushed. I see no reason for such a short time in these ports of call. You blink and you might miss that you had been there.

I love cruising, but its changing. Being a lifetime cruiser I see the changes and its not as wonderful as it used to be. Its big bucks for what you get.

Don't be enticed by the lower cruise rate. Because in the end the expenses add up, WAY up by the time you are done. It is almost a given that the additions are as much as the original low cost of the cruise ticket. From spending on gratuities, drinks including just a soda, different dinning choices, movies, coffee shops, trinkets, tips for drivers etc., excursions . . you get the picture.

I will go again I am sure, but I sure hope some changes for the better are put into place.

On our last trip we had very nice cruise. We had a few steward that deserve some extra praise. Deck steward Christian Paolo Mia on deck 11, Waiter Ketut on deck 11 and our waiter in Blush Resturant Arni. They all are a great asset to thr Carnival Breeze staff. Thank again for service on our cruise Apr 17-23. Those are just a few that stood out to my wife and I. The service and food were really good.  We had great weather the entire trip.  I was not impressed at all about Jamaica.  The people there are way too "in your face" trying to sell their things.  Grand Cayman and Cozumel were beautiful and I can't wait to go back.

We weren't able to use any of the pools or Jacuzzi because all of them were constantly full of kids.  The kids in the pool also created a big distraction while the movies were playing at night.  This is not a Carnival issue.  It's a lack of parenting issue.

We very much enjoyed the break on this cruise.  The ship had plenty to do for adults and children and kept us very busy.  The shore excursions were also great, we did a Cayman Turtle Farm visit and Chankanaab Beach Day visit in Cozumel.  The food was just okay for us, not because it wasn't good but because most of the choices were things I would not cook at home and I missed my regular food.  It would have been nice to have more items on the menu in the dining room that were every day meals. Overall I would say this was a good cruise with a lot to do and keep you busy and we really enjoyed the sights and activities.

My husband & I had a fantastic time again on the Breeze, the weather was awesome the whole time and we were treated great again....we really enjoyed Mike, the cruise Director...he is very entertaining...Thanks again Carnival...ready to start planning our next Cruise...

Great ship!  We had a great time in the ports but Curaçao could have been shorter and Aruba longer.  Our steward George and his associates were so wonderful and friendly.  They took good care of our rooms.  The food was great in all venues.  Entertainment was good and we never felt crowded wherever we went.  Only negative was picking up our alcohol purchases, Carnival has apparently changed their policy of delivering bottles you purchase through their store the night before to having to pick it up the morning you disembark.  The lines were long, two people packed them while you waited and they didn't pack the correct order when my husband came back with it after waiting for almost an hour.   He didn't check it thinking they got it correct, and we had to go back to get the one they didn't pack.   If you aren't carrying off your luggage then you have to pack the alcohol in your suitcase when you get it in the terminal or airport as you can't carry it on.  Only issue we had, and the cruise was awesome overall!
