The ship experience is what it is all about especially since we have been to all the islands too many times.

I love Princess and their laidback atmosphere. There were more college kids onboard than usual, so I was surprised by that. I like the older crowd. I loved anytime dining and meeting new people at every meal.

We had both handicapped and find Princess very helpful in that. We loved our trip with a couple of complaints about comfort of our room and the service in bars and clubs. We learned to watch where our room was located regarding ash residue as it made it difficult to enjoy our balcony. This is our second Princess cruise and we found that corporate and booking office was next to impossible to contact, so we would hesitate to rebook with this line until they get that fixed.

Although it began with a reminder that the ocean is a powerful entity, the waters became more & more calm as we neared our first stop at St. Kitts. And as we arrived we were greeted by an awesome rainbow hello. St. Thomas was as good as we remembered, with a welcome laid-back vibe that was immediately calming as it was refreshing. Grand Turk Island, though sporting but 7 square miles, was a blast, perfectly befitting as a final stop before heading back. All told, even with the reminders of how big and powerful the Atlantic Ocean can be, this was one of our top 3 cruises.

The cruise was excellent and we would certainly cruise with Princess again. Unfortunately, our cabin location was moved by the cruise line. We were pretty bummed out about this as the original cabin location is what sold us on the cruise. We contacted the cruise line to see if we could get moved back but they would not budge. We did not put up a fight....just disappointed.

Good experience except for having to wear useless masks.

The open deck areas floors by the pools are filthy of mold, the kids water splash park was not working, the restroom showers are extremely small, I wish they stopped at one more location in the seven days, only three beach days is little, food was good, Expensive beach excursions for a very short beach time of two hours. I wish the kids could have more to enjoy. There was only a small "tree club" with a few toys.

Great time, good people. It was an all-around great trip.

We were never notified that Princess would not be going to Grand Cayman and two other top-notch ports, substituted for Mexico ports. Had we known this, we would have sailed from Galveston Texas (within driving distance for us) instead of leaving from Ft. Lauderdale. Calls to Princess, approximately 7, left us on hold for over an hour.

Princess has a few issues with their new Medallion App. If you can get past those, it was a very enjoyable trip. We were very happy that we had booked through instead of directly with the cruise line.

We had a fantastic time. Wearing masks did not impede any of our activities. It was good to be back cruising!

What a great vacation. A few hiccups at first. But most issues we’re worked out within a few days. Love this classic cruise experience with great service and relaxed yet not boring vibe

The room was too small & cramped for a balcony room at that price. The ship was having to do a deep clean sanitation which is probably why they were late leaving & arriving in the ports. The cleaning process went on for the first few days. Dried spray was all over the store fronts & elevators. We were afraid to touch anything for fear of catching a dreaded disease. They allowed 2 crew to board our ship from another Princess ship carrying Coronavirus & told us nothing about it until we were not allowed to port. They said they would refund our excursions that were missed due to this and the CDC denying us to port. We have not seen any refund for the excursions which were purchased through Princess. The only refund was $75 for our inconvenience. They should have cancelled the cruise & refunded 100% to everyone. That would have been the ethical thing to do.

Would not take Princess again. Disappointed with cabin, ship and food.

We want be taking another cruise with Princes because a few years a go we went through the same thing it had a virus we had to be handed everything then so that does it with us

Unfortunately the norovirus had taken this ship over and many passengers were sick and quaranteed. It made us very uncomfortable and nervous about getting sick. The staff tried their best to keep it clean. When Princess advised us that we were docking a day earlier, we had to make our own hotel reservations for the night we had to spend in Fort Lauderdale before our flight home. They did not help us in any way. I am shocked at the way we were treated. Princess will be hearing from me. I have been on Princess for about 14 cruises and to be treated this way is disgusting.

Our ship experienced an epidemic of Norovirus affecting guests and crew. We did not get sick ourselves. I felt that Princess went above and beyond to try and make things right for us and will definitely book another with them

What began as a great escape from winter/anniversary trip became a disappointment due to illness on the ship, missing many ports and ending with the ship turning around and returning to the home port early. This was totally due to a GI sickness running rampant through the ship, so the right thing was done and the compensation was fair, luckily we were fortunate to not getting sick. We will try this cruise again at another time.

Princess is still a favorite with us. This was a fun trip with perfect weather. I would go again.
