We want be taking another cruise with Princes because a few years a go we went through the same thing it had a virus we had to be handed everything then so that does it with us

Was not Princess that got the virus, it was a passenger who was sick, you can not blame the cruise line. Any ship could have the virus

When your fellow cruise mates do not wash hands or use hand sanitizer, a virus can erupt on any ship.
