Review summary

Princess has a few issues with their new Medallion App. If you can get past those, it was a very enjoyable trip. We were very happy that we had booked through instead of directly with the cruise line.

Charles C. our steward was phenomenal!! Rene and Roy in the Marketplace were so personable, Edgar at the MIX knew our favorites every time we went to order. Orlando and his assistant made dining a pleasure, and Sushi in the EFFY jewelry store was knowledgeable and so helpful when shopping.

Charles was fabulous!! The room however had a few issues. One morning the toilets did not flush and took into the afternoon to fix. Also the A/C did not cool properly. It was reported and maintenance came, but there was no real change.

Not much shopping except in one little area. The dolphin swim seemed slightly overpriced for the amount of time spent with the animals. Then when you leave, (no cameras were allowed), they try to hit you up for $50 a picture. One picture should be included in the price of the excursion.

Caye Caulker and swimming with stingrays and sharks was a fun excursion. Guides were very knowledgeable and outgoing. Don't order the burgers for lunch - undercooked.

Glad to hear they get maintenance to repair stuff on the same day you call. With an old ship, there will be issues.

Your post skipped a word. Who did you book your cruise through? How was the weather? And was the ship filled to capacity? 2/3 full? Half full?
