Review summary

Our ship experienced an epidemic of Norovirus affecting guests and crew. We did not get sick ourselves. I felt that Princess went above and beyond to try and make things right for us and will definitely book another with them

Sorry to hear there was the norovirus aboard, but glad you weren't ill. I've never sailed w/Princess before and our first will be in Nov. I am curious to know if and how they compensate when you miss ports because of a virus. Thanks.

We had a similar experience on the Sunshine two years ago. They did a great job with the sanitation. When we got off the ship at the end of the cruise, there were six ambulances waiting at the port
