It was fantastic! No sales pitches from photographers, about specialty restaurants, drink packages or from the spa, which were still available for anyone who wanted them. The main focus was on service. It was so good to be back on the cruise ship. We appreciated it a lot more this time too!

This was our 12th time on the Caribbean Princess and on a whole it was a good cruise.

First cruise after the big C. Much better than I expected. If we could get the mask off of the employees it would be perfect! It made it hard to understand the crew.

Explore and don't be scared to ask questions and tell the staff when they make a mistake they tend to quickly fix it

The weather was so calm you didn’t even realize you were on a ship.

The cruise was relaxing, fun, and enjoyable. The staff were amazing, friendly, and provided excellent service.

We understand what the companies are going through, but we have been on nine cruises since they were allowed to sail again. This is not Princess quality unless this is the new normal?

I liked the age diversity without a lot of young kids. Had a good mix of teenagers to an older crowd. Food was not that great in the Market place but I enjoyed the Salty Dog, The pizza place and the Fine Dining. Our head waiter Dan was the Best!

This cruise was awesome, the foods are good, the cruise design and the beach are cool, but the things are bad was the show, not only that the show was bad but it was, some of the scenes are good but the whole show sucks it sucks because of a lack of characters and songs and the children’s program sucks because my parents force me to if I can go to there but I said no but the rest of it are actually so good and I will be recommend all of you to go there but do not go to the show because is boring and sucks

Great belated honeymoon cruise ! We enjoyed every minute. The cruise wasn't perfect but it was still a blast !!

I was not impressed with the Caribbean princess. They may have been understaffed because the service was poor, the cleanliness was poor, the good things were the food was excellent the shows were excellent as well.

Food was disappointing. The staff all over the ship were very helpful & nice.

Awful. Just awful. While I was on board I emailed my booking guy at Princess to tell him to cancel my next two years of bookings - 5 cruises in all. I’ve just replaced them with sailings on Celebrity and Holland America. Princess treated guests like trash on this cruise. I understand they want to save money and recoup losses, but alienating and repelling their loyal guests is not the way to do it.

Great customer service on Princess. The boat was warmer than expected and little outdated compared to the Ruby we went on in 2018. Still recommend Princess

We had fun because I was not letting it ruin my vacation. We had a lot of bathrooms on the ship that was not working including one whole floor. Terrible customer service. We go locked out of our room for 3 and a half hours on the last night there. 3 Elevators were not working so I had to carry luggage down 8 flights of stairs. I could list a bunch more but I will never go on this ship again I might not ever go on Princess again.

We are on the Caribbean Princess ship right now. Our cruise is the sixth days everything is very good except the toilet in our cabin and some of other cabin are not working.it is terrible when this happens on your vacation especially on the cruise. And the worst part is the guess service staff and management so rude and dismissive their customers concerned, frustrating. Their excuses are “ oh I only saw you call to report 1 time” we called about 6 times to that time. They showed zero experience to handle the business problem ( the cruise, ship problem). We pay for our leisure we pay for our vacation and they don’t understand it? They thought we complained to get something from the business of the toilet in our cabin not working for 4 days??? No, we just want what we pay for, what we deserve! We have never experience this bad service in other Princess ship. But this is our big concerned us and questioned for our future cruise with Princess.

We are just fans of Princess. She does it the right way.

Been on many cruises and sailed with different cruise lines. We were very happy and had a great time on Regal Princess earlier this year so having the experience we had on Caribbean Princess was disappointing.

A good break, but far from our favorite cruise. Overall, we were disappointed in service and ship conditions. MedallionNet did not work the first dat and it took us 24 hours to rectify problems with the MedallionClass app.

Caribbean Princess is starting to show her age but don't let that fool you. She is still a graceful lady with plenty to offer her guest.
