I was not impressed with the Caribbean princess. They may have been understaffed because the service was poor, the cleanliness was poor, the good things were the food was excellent the shows were excellent as well.

I was invited on this cruise by the casino. No player get together, or party! Casino was dirty and overcrowded. Could not find a place to play on several occasions. The casino staff made no effort to engage me. The smoke was unbearable!

Don’t go to play in casino, can’t get a seat, too crowded, machines are put so close together. Very few video poker machines, some broken.

This ship and cruise line is not up to par. The majority of reviews on this application fall in line with your assessment. Unfortunately they do not invest in their fleet and this is the result.

I cruised on Caribbean Princess and had a great cruise. I believe some people expect to be treated like royalty, and anything less becomes worst cruise ever. There was a person who complained that because there was no turn down service and chocolate on the pillow that it became the worst cruise ever.....really. We all should be happy to be cruising again and be grateful.
