If you want a lot of activities while on board you should perhaps look at a larger ship. I liked the smaller ship (2500 customers), but The Centrum area is quite small when compared to larger ships. I found it to be a much more intimate experience though.

Breakfast is the same every day without any changes that I could tell. They do not have a galley tour and they do not have the chocolate extravaganza like most ships. Don't spend the extra money for the lobster dinner as they served all the lobster you wanted to eat at the last formal nite.

If at possible secure and post entertainment. Biggest advantage for travelers.....all you care to eat and drink, three meals per day!

Best coffee is at the speciality coffee bar, which is the main reason that I purchased the alcohol package, as coffee bar was included. Coffee in Windjammer's and dining room is awful, but this is true for most RCI and Celebrity ships.

The staff was knowledgeable and ship was in great shape. This ship is just the rite size as there were about 2,700 passengers on board. The big ships are hard to manage and get around and some of them you need walkie-talkies to find people as cell phones don't work.

The balcony rooms are worth the money, sipping on coffee in the AM on the deck and wine at night was incredible. There had to be 20 dolphins flipping in the water the last evening heading back to Tampa and it felt like they were right there.
