The scenery in Alaska is always great, no matter the weather. Ship was great, but food needs improvement. Staff and service was great.

I had now expectations with this cruise. The scenery was breathtaking. Actually got to see to glaciers. Did have whale sightings, do not expect to see whales jumping out of the water. Train ride in Skagway was wonderful and educational. Nothing like waking up early in the morning and looking out your balcony and see snow covered mountains right in front of you. I must have seen over 100 Eagles. So majestic.

Great cruise but kids might get bored during cruising days.

Great experience- will do it again on a different time and destination.

We were a bit sceptical going on the Alaska cruise because of the cold. However, I am so happy we did. The experience was rewarding; which brough back many childhood memories and left with more appreciation for life. I saw the people of Alaska with less than we have but yet very happy. I returned and encouraged my family and friends to add Alaska to their bucket list.

Overall we had a memorable trip because we were able to spend time with our family and loved ones. However, it wasn't nearly as smooth and comfortable as other cruises I have been on. Average food, average entertainment, average service.

Great Expense that fell WAY SHORT of expectations. Other than Juneau, the shore stops were a waste of time in my opinion, Only thing that was good was the weather and the temperature. We had little rain the days were were on land and temperatures were comfortable. Most of my family and others on our ship came home with Covid. Crew did everything they could to make it safe but when you have that many people in a confined space like a ship it is inevitable you will get sick.

Will do it again and again. Can't get board . always something to beautiful see

as always, Royal does not disappoint. so thankful for traveling with them and seeing all God's beauty and creativity

Loved this cruise. If we didn't have to fly so far, this would definitely be on our agenda again.

Mechanical issues ruined our dream vacation on Breakdown of the Seas. All but one ports canceled.

We had amazing time, the staff was so friendly and really went above and beyond to make our vacation amazing!

I've taken 6 or 7 cruises on Royal Caribbean in the past but after this cruise I am no longer looking at Royal Caribbean cruises. They have lost my business.

We were very disspointed to get up early and then find this days adventure to the glaciers had been cancelled! This is why we took this cruise.

Did not get to see glaciers as expected. Our Captain opted to skip Tracy Arm Fjord and neglected to cruise closer to Hubbard like other cruise ships.

We PAID for cruise based on stops and length of stops & such... However we DIDN'T GET WHAT WE PAID FOR.... was GREAT!!! All of our changes were made by ROYAL CARIBBEAN INT and they made these changes without any onboard credits / future credits / explanations / or apology! NOT HOW WE WANTED TO HAVE OUR 1ST CRUISE TO ALASKA TO GO - This was our 7th CRUISE but 1st and LAST with ROYAL! We are STILL trying to get REFUNDS for booked shore excursions that were cancelled due to lack of time or skipping stop/port.

This cruise was one of the most beautiful experiences of our lives. The scenery was spectacular and the ship was amazing!

The cruise was fun overall. I would suggest people use Holland America and Princess in Alaska, though. they get better dock space and don't have to shuttle to the main areas.

It is an older ship with not a lot of activity. This definitely appeals to an older crowd. The food options were average and the buffet was terrible. All of the staff were wonderful. The medical emergencies and evacuations were unbelievable. We had a total of five. Each one took so long that we were constantly delayed and missed the Tracy Arm Fjord. No effort was made to reschedule. Since it wasn't a stop, it was a cruise through the area, I feel like they could have at least made an effort. This was sad on so many levels.
