Not a customer focused cruise. Arrives too late in Key West. Card room is too small and closes too early. Wait staff in Main Dining room were excellent and the food was good not great.

The cruise was not bad for a short cruise, but need for destination stops. One location is not good for me. I don't like being on a ship for days because the ship starts to close in. I think Royal Caribbean Cruise line is the best, but this cruise was not for me.

Overall this was an enjoyable experience and we do not regret the trip. Our only wish overall was that more of the experience was included in the original booking price.

I really enjoyed the cruise overall. I wish they still had the self service soda machines and a magnifying mirror in the bathroom would be great. Ship was clean, service was good, ports were great. Enjoyed smooth sailing and weather.

The Brilliance is a great little ship with a lot of fun things to do. This itinerary was good. I would think twice about getting off of the ship if you have to tender into Cozumel.

My kids really enjoy the children's facilities and activities on the cruise, and we are very satisfied with the dining environment and the quality of the food. We are also satisfied with the cruise itinerary and comfort.

Suggest to use points for a flight somewhere that doesn't isolate you to miserable situation and loss of money.

I love the smaller ships. I have sailed with Brilliance about 10 times and will always return. Love how RC treats you like family.

We had a party of 10 people. We all had a great time.

Horrible experience for the money. The food was horrible, there was way too many things not working on the ship. Staff was rude. The soda package was a complete waste of money. We were served soda out of flat 2ltr bottles!

Except for the check out people, it was a great week. It seems every time I went to guest services, the person there did not understand the language enough to understand what I was trying to do to pay my bill. The result was over $100. in overdraft charges.

Room Trouble! Wasn’t the best 7 days as we worked through our disappointments. I have Always had great experiences with RC so I know these issues are not the norm but made the best of it for the week . Would’ve really liked to be in another room because of the problems but that didn’t happen. Guest Services attendant didn’t seem to care! Will not recommend this ship to anyone.

Overall I had a fun time with a few excursion problems.

I was skeptical about a transatlantic but will definitely take one again. While there were many elderly passengers, the upside was only 7 children onboard so definitely a plus. The other pleasant surprise was the excellent entertainment. We didn’t miss a single show. Also there was a daily lecture on Forensic science by James Adcock that we attended and enjoyed.

Nice and relaxing. Good itinerary with interesting excursions. Food So So Waiting time before excursions excessive. Everything was extra cost, even bottled water in room.

I have been on Carnival Victory and Celebrity Equinox and both are better than this ship. The food here was just ok. The buffet has better food than the dining room. Carnival also asks about food allergies which this ship did not. It was slightly disappointing. Ask for the Indian and Vegetarian menus which were not offered to us until we asked for other options on the 2nd night.

The ship did not smell fresh had to buy air freshener at one of the ports. We were on the 3rd FL AFT and heard lots of loud noises and banging at bedtime. The first day our pillow was dirty like someone cleaned the floor with it. The food was good but Carnival was better. Our cooler box did not work and even though I had braids and never shed hair ou r sink was clogged. Overall they were nice and tried, they fixed stuff when asked but this was my 3rd cruise and worst one.

Overall the cruise was amazing and all ports of call were stunning.
