Food and Dining

My husband got food poisoning and they were rude and cold about it. Quarantined him to our stateroom for 32 hours (even though it was from their food, for sure!) and we missed the port of call and activities. Lost $150 on excursions and United and Royal Caribbean both refused to refund anything.

Onboard Activities

Pools were tiny and whirlpools were teeming with small children. We avoided them.

Staff was very good, for the most part. The doctor we had to see at midnight was rude and angry that we'd woken her up (didn't seem concerned that my husband was puking and pooping his guts out over food poisoning.)

Ship Quality

Windjammer was always so busy that it inevitably had food on tables, chairs, the floors. Other common areas seemed fine, though hard to find seating. Some things felt a little "tired".

Was clean but the shower was so small and hard to keep water in.

Ship's doctor quarantined my husband in our room so we were unable to do our excursions and lost money.

Disembarkation

We followed the ship's advice to take our own luggage and get off the ship early "to avoid lines". Ended up in a line that snaked all over the ship and it took us about 20 minutes in that line to get off the ship.
