Review summary

Not a customer focused cruise. Arrives too late in Key West. Card room is too small and closes too early. Wait staff in Main Dining room were excellent and the food was good not great.

Not sure how much you have cruised, but we have always found good service on Royal Caribbean. As far as the time in Key West, The itinerary shows 11 AM until 7 PM. Unless you had some type of issue and arrive late, this is normal for ships sailing from Tampa. It takes that long to get out of Tampa Bay and then sail to Key West.
