Overall I highly recommend the Christmas cruise on the Brilliance. It was fun and a good price. The disembarkment of the ship was our only issue. It was very disorganized trying to get off the boat.

Used valet service at the Tampa port. RC staff was quick to get our documents in order. Felt liked we walked right on the ship.

Main dining was beautiful. Food was excellent. Windjammer was good in a pinch but recommend using the main dining for all meals.
Onboard Activities

Gave a 3 because we had and 5 and 7 year old. Pool was not their favorite. We did send them to Adventure Ocean and as long as they only stayed about an hour at a time it kept their attention. Solarium for adults was nice. Main pool stayed crowded. There was always a fun activity to participate in. We went at Christmas and I highly recommend it.
Entertainment

I thought the ships musicians were incredible. Highly talented. I only saw one musical show and the dancers and singers were great as well. The comedian they had was really entertaining and actually kid appropriate
Children's Programs

My kids were 5 and 7 and they got split up. My 5 year old had a hard time being lumped with 3 year olds since he is used to playing with big brother. They loved the kids’ activities that involved parents. I had fun too. It was a Christmas cruise so they got a Christmas gift and saw Santa. Kid pool area is small and plain. My kids went for about an hour and were bored
Service and Staff

All the service was very good. We had 5:30 dining spot so we had the same waiter and he was great! Room steward was wonderful
Ship Quality

I would give 5 stars in the cleanliness. The layout was not my favorite compared to other ships. Centrum was small. Did not seem like their we any large spaces. Everything was kind of cramped
Cabin / Stateroom

Very clean. Ample storage. What I expected for an interior room. Neighbors on the same hall complained of hearing music and other noises form possibly a bar. We heard nothing. Very quiet
Ship tip
Research and have reasonable expectations of the ship. It is a little older and not a lot of the fun areas the new ships have to offer.
Not great. It was not organized very well. The only directions were in a piece of paper in your room. We thought we were following the directions to go to the Pacifica Theater which was the waiting area but instead got ushered off the ship then yelled at because we were getting off early. I was very confused as to how we were supposed to get off.
