What menu item do you really look forward to on a cruise ship ?

For me it's eggs Benedict. I only eat it sparingly during the year, and not at all if we have a cruise coming up. I know I am going to have it at least two or three times Wink over the course of seven days. The Gem buffet prepares them to order, as does the Breakaway. As good as they are there, we prefer to enjoy them in the dining room ?

It's all good when you don't have to cook it or clean up afterwards.

I have yet to see it on the menu but fresh made biscuits and real gravy.

Lobster and the Carnival Chocolate Melting Cake Yummy

I look forward to a varied shrimp offering - appetizers, entrees, snacks, etc. Really love fried shrimp - yes, FRIED! Also, well-boned Dover Sole and good quality thin-sliced cheese pizza. Lastly, a really good veggie burger - they all tempt us, and these are the items cruise lines should offer every day!!

mmmmm cruise food....Love

You're making me hungry! I love the escargot on the ship but never indulge at home. Is the smoked salmon at the brunches? I don't remember seeing it on the Lido buffet, but maybe I missed it.

Definitely escargot! I never eat it anywhere else but on a cruise. I also love lobster night and smoked salmon on the breakfast buffet.

Anything other than Mexican food!Sad

My DH always has the tilapia the first night on Carnival, he starts talking about it the week before we sail.. I'm a shrimp lover, so I have the shrimp at every opportunity.
