Our overall impression was very good. Our first trip on Royal Carribiean and was very satisfied with accommodations, food, services and itemiary !

I enjoyed the cruise; however, I expected more quality out of the food. I ordered a filet mignon the first night, and I received sliced roast beef, not the nice cut I was expecting.

Nice cruise. I chose it for the itinerary. I have sailed numerous times on Celebrity, Princess, and NCL. I rank this in the Princess and NCL category. Since this was the week before most kids are out of school, our cruisemates are primarily from Puerto Rico, so lots of Spanish spoken here.

The staff on the ship was great, they took every step to make sure we had a great time. There was always a great selection of food in the dining room and at the buffet. I would like to see more activities on the boat and more places to eat late. Also a better dj, he played the same type of music and the same songs all night every night.

The cruise was very good only short coming is same sex couples making out in public with young kids watching, this I found disturbing the cruise line should have policy as to notify families when such group is aboard. This is just my observance

I have cruised on other cruise lines and found that the food,the pool,the wear and tear on this particular ship was disappointing. We liked two of the 5 ports,but the ports we didn't like was mainly due to the resident's begging and hounding us to buy from them to the point you wished you didn't disembark at all. Only the USVI were there actual laws passed by the Dept of Tourism,to dis-allow resident's to swarm all over you,that was the best part of our trip ( not being hounded by beggars in the Us Virgin Island's )

The boat was beautiful. Our suite was awesome. The service of the staff was phenomenal. The food selection and quality at the buffet was impressive. Most of the affiliated tours that we went on at port were good or great (with one exception). That is the good stuff. I was disappointed with how early they started shutting down services at the end of the cruise. I understand that they have to get ready for the next group, but that should not affect my cruise experience...leave at least one pool open! Leave the spa and fitness center open to regular hours! Also, the on board store should carry more personal grooming items. The selection of things like pony tail holders and other similar items was woefully pathetic.

Although the ship needed maintenance as the corrosion was very evident, the service and entertainment over shadowed the maintenance. The service by our waiter team in the Main dining room was absolute;y superb and is rated outstanding (well beyond excellent)! Very disappointed that the Golf simulators were inoperative and wasn't impressed by the attitude of the sports entertainment staff. The service at both omelet stations in the Windjammer could be improved upon. the appears to be inefficiencies that need to be reviewed. Additionally condiment trays (such as tartar sauce were often left empty in excess of ten minutes. One could be done eating or his food could be cold before the condiment trays were replenished,

Had a wonderful time, enjoyed the balcony room, won't be able to go back to a regular room after this. Wished the food was as good at all the resturants as it was at Portafino

This was the first cruise for my husband and I. We are easy going but very particular about where we stay on vacations. This beautiful ship exceeded our expectations and the service was premier! For example, at dinner the first night, my husband ordered a drink and from that point on, his drink was ready and waiting for him each night afterwards. Our cabin steward, our waiters, our bartender all knew us by name after the first night. The officers on the ship, from the captain on down were very accessible and friendly. Our cruise director was an amazing guy with a tremendous amount of energy! His efforts to keep people engaged in activities were impressive and he always got the crowd going. There is a lot to do on the ship to keep one busy. There weren't as many kids on the boat, but probably because of the dates we went. It was fun to people watch as there were so many nationalities represented on the cruise. In addition, people were mosly in their 'happy place' and were very friendly. We met many interesting folks from all over the world. To sum up our experience, we booked our next cruise with Royal Caribbean before we got off the ship.

The ship & crew were very good. The length of time in the ports was more than adequate for excursions & sightseeing. The cost of the cruise was favourable. We have been on 12 cruises however & have never experienced after paying the gratuities up front before sailing the additional 15% on every non included purchases (bar, spa). In addition the continual less than suttle request for "additional tip" on top of the 15% included in the bill.

the ship is very pretty. LOved the captain, he was very friendly and seems like he loves his job. He was pleasant to speak with. Like the curtain in the cabin, because it can be pulled all the way across, so if I am sleeping my husband can get up and not disturb me. For this reason, I have said this is my favorite cabin of ships. Wish all cabins had the curtain go all the way across.

The Seranade is a beautiful ship with a very friendly crew . We felt right at home from the start.

The ship 's size allows you to encounter people you meet at other times. The check in staff was not as friendly as other cruise lines. The Reflections dining staff was great but some of the wait staff in the Windjammer were not as friendly. The pool was not accommodating for water aerobics and the chlorine level was sometimes overwhelming. Pool area too small when we had one day @ sea. I was pleased with the cabin and large port hole.

I will travel again and highly recommend this cruise line because of the professionalism of the staff, the way the staff go out of thier way to accomodate the passagers and how clean everything was kept.

The cleaning and maintenance of the ship

This ship is a smaller class with fewer cruisers on board, easier to be friendly with staff and fellow cruisers as you run into the same people throughout. Food was good, staff wonderful, was always able to find a poolside chair.

The Serenade Singer and Dancers were Like watching a "High School Talent" show and the "Tribute to the Sensations" we walked out on.

i booked 3 excusions and all 3 were canceled. 2 of them they didnt even give us notice ahead of time so we waited for nobody outside and the manager would not call me back kept saying he was in meetings. never will cruise with Royal Carribean again.
