It was a very enjoyable cruise as we’ve the Alaskan inside passage 12 years ago

The Cruise experience was all that we had hoped for and more. Dream-like at times. Thankful to have had the experience. McBell kept our Suite in excellent condition and was such a pleasure to see every morning. His kindness added to our experience.

We had a great time meeting wonderful people and spending time together. Too many days at sea and not enough things to do except eat, mostly due to weather.

Very nice active cruise. Plenty of time available for shore activities. Good on board activities. Great Scenery. Make sure you bring rain gear.

Very average cruise experience. I'm critical though, having been on 5 different cruiselines, and many many cruises. If this is your 1st one, you're going to love it. Food average. Service great. Entertainment meh. Excursions fabulous. Hope whoever is reading has a great experiece!

Good experience. Try to get more activities indoors. Things that were missing- 1. Pool tables. Get couple of pool tables. They don’t cost much and good activity. 2. Get an indoor cards room for families to play. We were sitting outside playing cards at midnight in cold weather 3. Make arcade room more easily accessible for kids and add some free games .

Food was great, ALL of the staff was phenomenal. Sitka I felt was a waste of time but Juneau and Ketchikan was nice. Not going to Hubbard Glacier was a major bummer. Music Venture and CBJ Band was incredible.

Wonderful family trip the ship crew were amazing and the experience was unforgettable.

Alaska is a Heavan and it is a wonderuful and memorable trip. We enjoyed everything onboard the Serenade of the Seas. Thanks to Royal Caribbean.

Trip of a lifetime, perfect weather every day (highly unusual for summer in Alaska), most memorable excursion was the Helicopter Trip to the Glacier and walking around on the Glacier, breathtaking and wondrous.

It was a wonderful experience - well beyond my expectation for our first cruise. I would highly recommend to those that have been hoovering on the fence about going on one. I normally travel to MX resorts but from my experience on the ship it's very similar with out the worries about stay out late!

Nice for sightseen, but not much to do , boat is outdated and not much entertainment for the Latinos

Serenade of the Seas is a beautiful ship. It is medium in size and well laid out. The ship is well maintained and very decorative. The room was a good size and had lots of closet space. Balcony is a good size. We were greeted warmly by the staff and the service was exceptional. The food was delicious. The ship never felt crowded. You never felt like you were swimming in crowds of people. I recommend this ship highly either as a cruise to Alaska (as we did) or in Tampa to the Caribbean (which I will be looking to do soon).

Thoroughly enjoyed the cruise. Would recommend this to family and friends.

The cruise was great, Alaska is spectacular and that was the highlight for me.

Alaskan cruise should be in everybody's bucket list.

Wish I had not gone. The got COVID don’t go! Would not recommend.

This is a good trip to see some of the beauty of Alaska. We took our grand children and they enjoyed the sights and also enjoyed the "Fuel" club for teens aged 12 to 17. We enjoyed seeing Vancouver but I would book this cruise from Seattle to avoid the hassle of getting into and out of Canada. The embarkation process was a nightmare with 3 cruise ship in port boarding at the same time and long long lines through the various stages of the embarkation process. The food and entertainment was very good. This is the first time that the cruise Director actually was one of the entertainers--he did a tribute show to Neil Diamond.

Wonderful cruise, staff were insanely pleasant and kind. I wish we had one more stop.

We had a good time on our cruise, but we’ve only cruised on Carnival in the past. We thought Royal Caribbean would be a step up, but we didn’t see it that way. Will probably stick with Carnival in the future.
