The beverage pkg is a good deal if you drink more than 3 or 4 drinks per day. The wifi is not worth it---it either didn't work or was so slow for anything other than the Medallion App. My partner had the wifi and I didn't and I was not able to connect to the app at all. but I don't think

Don't buy the beverage packages, most people (us included) don't spend anywhere near that amount per day when we sail. We saved a lot not getting it.

Make sure to bring some of your own entertainment. Cards, board game, or something to do on your tablet.

Print a ship map of decks 6-17 so can find way around on day one. A bit confusing trying to get where you want to be. The electronic maps on each floor are good too.

The majority of people on the cruise, appeared to be in their 60’s or higher. Although some passengers were younger, if you are looking for a party type atmosphere, this is not it. Yes, there are fun activities but most are geared to an older crowd with a few exceptions. The cruise is a lot more laid back which is expected as it is a luxury cruise line. My best advice is to pack more modest clothing, leave short shorts and thongs at home.

The soft ice cream shuts down at 9:00, which is crazy, so make sure you get your ice cream before it is too late.

Our cruise had an outbreak of Norovirus which affected over 200 passengers and crew. Self service buffet was suspended and additional cleaning was implemented. This virus is transmitted by contact so make sure to wash those hands often and avoid the nasty stuff.
