Review summary

This cruise was for our 25 year wedding anniversary. The cruise line made our trip very wonderful and even sang to us at dinner time on our anniversary. All of the staff was excellent. One of the best services we have experience in all of our cruises. Still the only compliant I would have is Princess or the Ruby ship needs to have more entertainment during the day for the guest.

The main dining was really good food and the wait staff was on point. The buffet was one of the best buffets we have had on any cruise.

Onboard Activities

My wife and I have cruised on Carnival and Royal. The Princess boat we went on did not have alot of activities for you to do. We was actually board during the day as most of the activies was in the evening.

Entertainment

The musicians, DJ's, performers, and even the comedian were all great performers. Only compliant I have is the entertainment was playing all day. Most of the activites was all during the evening.

Children's Programs

We only seen probaly two to three kids on the entire boat. My wife and I are in our 40's and almost all the people traveling on this boat was much older than us.

Service and Staff

Every bit of the employees on this ship get an excellent review from us. The waiters are on point. Our room stewardest was the best we have ever had. The service and staff are top notch.

Ship Quality

The ship we was on Ruby was a boat that is already 15 years old. So some of the style on the boat is out dated but all of the areas was very clean and well maintained. This boat had some class in its hay day.

Cabin / Stateroom

We had picked an interior room that was on the 15th floor near all of the activites. For some reason Princess decieded to change our room to a different floor and did not say anything. We noticed 5 days before we sailed and had to call to find out. 2 hours later and 3 different people we was upgrated to an balcony room but still on the 12th floor. Room was nice and spacious. Very clean and is one of the largest closets we have ever seen on a boat.
