Very disappointing in every way. Internet with package was awful. Medallion did not work as marketed. Poor morale, food and drinks never arrived. Food quality isn't what it used to be. Princess need to do better.

Good room steward.

Ship Quality

It was clean and well maintained but aging. Hated the layout and navigating with a scooter.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Wheelchair accessible. Beds and linens were so comfortable. Perfect amount of care from attendant. Bathroom showing its age. Close to elevator, super noisy and woken up at 3:47 a.m. by a group at my door.

Ship tip

Medallion Class is pathetic

I’m on the ship right now. None of the problems you described. I’m using the internet right now. Just used the Medallion to order breakfast and it arrived directly to the Piazza where we are sitting. Crew have been fabulous. Sure you didn’t stumble onto the wrong ship?

Not sure about the age differential but we cruised on her sister ship, Emerald Princess 5 yrs ago & she looked dated- in need of upgrades then too.

Cruising is not what it was previously, and probably never will be again.
