First time to sail princess and we are hooked! Exceptional service from wait staff, bartenders, guest services, Spa and everyone else we encountered! Truly impressed, it was steps above other cruise lines, we loved it!

Ruby’s main dining rooms were fantastic, as well as the buffet upstairs. The food selections were plentiful and top notch- no scrimping, cutting corners and “filler” food here!

On other cruise lines it felt as though the employees were “working the tip”, so to speak. On Princess, the steward and waiters were there if you wanted something and anticipated your needs, but also respected your privacy. We were very impressed and pleased w/ the professionalism, courtesy and level of service.
