It was a very memorable experience for our first cruise with Princess. Will definitely check out their other cruises.

This was the first time having to use the Medallion app. As senior citizens, we found it confusing due to the conflicts between using it and Princess.com in preparing for cruise. Once on board, loved it.

Ruby Princess was a great ship to sail to Alaska. Overall-all everything was super. nothing to complain about. My unfortunate circumstances did not hamper my disposition. Everyone was super during my quarantine time. I was not without.

Getting on and off was great. The entertainment was good but everything else was 💯 terrible! The WiFi was the worst! They should use what RC uses!

Good relaxation experience but not good for activities.

Customer service a disaster -- couldn't even keep the billing straight. Three days after end of cruise, still have not received complete billing statement. MedallionNet a similar disaster -- kept refusing to make dining reservations "until cruise was fully paid" -- software problems acknowledged by Customer Service, but never fixed.. Notable lack of useful communication from the captain. Glad to have seen Alaska once, but that's enough. Impressive terrain, but dull, bleak, greyness overwhelming. There's no there there. To our surprise, Ruby Princess was considerably less impressive than Carnival Pride, on which we've cruised twice in the past 9 months, including trans-Atlantic. We will never cruise on Princess again.

Overall we have a wonderful time at Ruby Princess we would like to Thank the staff of Michelangelo Dining Albert for always making sure we are Ok, Jordan for always making our dinner superb and to Cicero. Also Thank you for Alina and Lei for always accommodating us. Thank you Mark out steward. Also on dining Apollo and Antonio

Excellent Cruise. They treat you like a "Princess" as their name implies. Will go again.

Had a great time with our friends, Alaska’s scenery is so beautiful, and cruising is an excellent way to see it!

Incredible experience, the entire experience was relaxing and fun. We can't wait to do it again!!

This is the 3rd time I’ve cruised to Alaska, and probably the last.

We enjoyed celebrating our 21st anniversary on this cruise. We met great people and made some friendships on this cruise.

In a nutshell after all the money I spent on this cruise I will NEVER EVER cruise on your ship again! From embarking was a total disaster (what is the purpose of assigning check in times when it is not enforced) it took well over two hours to check in and disembarking was even worse to give me a checkout time of Yellow 3 for 9:15 when my flight leaves at 11:59 is totally unacceptable because it did not even allow me an hour to get to the airport only 36 minutes! I am totally livid and upset about the entire cruise that I will never cruise again! Thanks a lot for ten days of holy hell!

It was really a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Really wish that we had gone to victoria, bc and not prince rupert.

Service is good in the dining and stateroom. Workers are always smiling. Rule need to be address so customers are not aware of it.

This was our first time on Princess and we'd been told to expect greater things than we'd experienced on other cruise lines. Double disappointment as it was not even as good as the other 3 cruise lines we've been on. ALSO, brought another couple with us for their first cruise ever and felt really bad about it all. Alaska is amazing, Princess is NOT!

Some activities are good. Some live show is bad. Overall OK.

Overall my cruise was a pleasant experience. One problem I experienced was that not all verbal notices came into the cabin. Maybe they should add these notifications to the ships TV setup. If we can't hear them we could read the notices.

One in our party of four tested positive for Covid the day after arriving back home. Based on the incubation period my friend caught Covid on the Ruby Princess. I started getting Covid systems two days after arriving back home but am still testing negative.

We had a great time and Princess is trying to navigate post Covid challenges as best they can. Everyone is happy to be cruising again, so we have to be more vigilant a bit longer and not get too complacent yet. Weather was not very cooperative, which lead to some disappointment in entertainment, but Princess cannot be faulted for that.
