This was the first time having to use the Medallion app. As senior citizens, we found it confusing due to the conflicts between using it and Princess.com in preparing for cruise. Once on board, loved it.

Crowded and very slow! Had all the documents, etc. necessary, including paperwork showing fully vaccinated and had booster for Covid, but was required to take a Covid test for $60! Then had to go through security again and get back in line!!! Princess was not clear at all on requirements. This was our 27th cruise and had never experienced such confusion and congestion from other cruise lines.

Main dining room food was good. Horizon buffet was good but seemed to cater to "foreign" foods over American food.

The new Ruby Princess Dancers were excellent. Never before have we had to experience two comedians for two nights each. That took care of four nights of "entertainment"!!!

Ship Quality

Cleanliness was excellent! Ship's design was confusing on floors five, six, and seven. Unable to go forward or aft on stairs (confusing to try and explain.)
Cabin / Stateroom

Loved our mini-suite!!! Only problem was the couch was broken, low to the floor, old, and very uncomfortable. Definitely needs replacing.
Stop going to this port!!! We were there on Monday. 99% of the stores are closed on Monday! The one excursion we took into town turned out to be riding on a school bus where leg room between seats is for little people. Then, nothing to see or do downtown.
Our favorite port! Flowers and hanging baskets everywhere. Unbelievable cleanliness, never seeing a scrap of litter. Took excursion to Pendray Mansion for High Tea and then City Highlights. Our female bus driver was EXCELLENT!!! The bus was spacious and clean.
