Line was long, but the wait wasn't long. The line went smoothly as agents kept informing travelers and moving them along.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Food was definitely better that my last cruise. The quality was great and the presentation was beautiful. I liked how many items were individually laid out. I like how there's a new fresh carving everyday even in the buffet area. Service was great in all dining areas. Drinks were served. I especially like the choice of sitting with ourselves or with others in the main dining rooms. I wish there was more authentic specialty folk food like taco truck food, pho, sushi and Chinese. I mean you would find a dish here and there, but it didn't taste like the local restaurants in your hometown. Specialty drinks were reasonably priced.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
We enjoyed the fitness center at the front on the ship. We watched movies in the theatre. The pools were not crowded.

Entertainment

I didn't participate much.

Children's Programs

I didn't bring children.

Service and Staff

Service was great! Everyone greeted you the moment they see you every time. They treated me like a "princess" and they were at my service. (They certainly lived up to their name.) For this, I am going to cruise Princess again.

Ship Quality

It was easy to get around. The common areas were generally clean.

Thank you Mr. Mark Ryan for your dedicated and excellent service. Every time I come back to my room, it was clean. Not only that he smiles and greets me every time he sees me. The bed was comfortable. The linen were of quality. It felt thick and durable, not flimsy type. The pillows were plush, but I love plush pillows. It felt everything was clean.

Ship tip

Enjoy the service.

It was beautiful. Lots of flowers along the street and lots of shops. They're were many tour agency right on the boat dock. They all charge different price, so do ask around. Don't go with Last Chance Tours. They don't pick up their phone and we paid more than all our friends who went with other tour groups. We went to Mendenhall Glacier.

Cruise Glacier Bay

It was beautiful. I wish the ship could go closer. You need to have binoculars. We had foggy weather so that didn't help.
