This is the 3rd time I’ve cruised to Alaska, and probably the last.

The line to get in the building was ridiculously long. With all the seniors waiting in line, something should have been done to make them more comfortable!

The meals in the DaVinci dining room were very good, especially the lobster! I had breakfast at the buffet and it got to be very boring. It was pretty much the same thing every morning. The hash browns were great!

Andrei, our room steward was wonderful! He was always very helpful and very pleasant! My only regret is that I didn’t get to say goodbye to him personally! Ronie and Ayel were great at dinner! Always accommodating and fun! Andre and Helen, our servers in the Explorer’s lounge were great! They knew what I wanted before I did!

The one complaint I have is the sensory light by the bathroom. It would go on in the middle of the night! Andrei helped us with that. He also kept the room very clean! I can’t praise him enough!

Wear your mask! Out of 10 of us traveling together, 7 came down with COVID!
You never gave a reason why it would be your ladt cruise to Alaska. I cruise there every year, and never get tired of the beauty and the thrill of cruising to part of the country
Seems to be a common complaint about long lines during embarkation at San Francisco. I understand that it’s the port authority and not the cruise lines, but you think they would get it worked out. Glad you enjoyed the rest of your cruise. We are booked for Alaska next year and hope things will have improved.
