We had a good time, good weather and made lots of good friends. I'd do this cruise again and would like to see other ports of call. However, upon arrival at home, my luggage was damaged beyond repair and this did not make we happy at all.!!!!!

We were delighted to take this cruise. It more than lived up to our expectations. Kudos to Princess. You have studied how people react, what they want. Need more diversity in ads and luggage racks on staterooms Rangers were very helpful as were excursion guides Ready to repeat

We had a wonderful cruise. The staff treated us very well. Only problem was the language barrier many times with the crew but they tried with great effort.

Even though it was too cold to use the pools. The entertainment through out the day made up for it. I also decided to have acupuncture for the first time. Did 3 sessions. The total price came to what it would be back home, it's just the session price seems high. My back has been good since it was done 5 weeks ago. I did not buy the supplements, too expensive. Princess is our new favorite cruise line, from the food, entertainment, quiet, clean, pleasant, to the crew and other passengers being kind an courteous.

We set out to have a trip of a lifetime and make memories and that’s what we did! It was a great time filled with many adventures and we loved it!

Impressed by dining service and food but there're many parts need be improved.

Princess is a great cruise line and overall it shows. It was a treat to try the one night cruise to/from two great cities that are close to my home. Overall a great experience that I hope to do again, but next time without the lonnnnggg disembarkation!

It was a very good short get away. As a repositioning cruise it was a great bargain. (I used frequent flier miles to do the open-jaw air ticket.)

Over all very good cruse. Just some bad weather. Great looking ship and very good service.

The fifteen day Cruise on the Ruby princess to Hawaii was wonderful. It my new favorite cruise. Even though I have been to Hawaii many times. I really enjoyed cruising. My friends and I are hopping to book another cruise for 2021.for another 15 days in Hawaii

This was a perfect getaway for my husband and I to celebrate 10 years of marriage. We left the kids with grandma and grandpa and enjoyed 5 days of relation, wonderful food, fun entertainment and top notch service. We tried a cruise with another cruise line and this one was much more our style and our speed. We loved our cruise and will definitely be cruising with princess again!

I would highly recommend the Ruby Princess and the 5 day itinerary to Cabo San Lucas. It was nice having two available days there in port. We had time constraints but would have reserved this as a longer cruise. The ship itself is beautifully maintained, and the finishes on board are really lovely. Everything was well organized with great service, food, and shows.

Had a great time on our first cruise, will be booking more, can't wait

Ruby Princess is starting to show its age with backed up sinks and toilets and problems with the toilets' vacuum system (sometimes works, sometimes doesn't work). The furniture and carpet are nice but nicked and worn. On the other hand, the new HD TVs were welcome, compared to the blurry older sets in the cabins. It would also help that the daily newsletter is proofread so there are no date and time mistakes and misspelled words! The front desk never answers its phones, so you have to go down and stand in line to talk to someone. The ports in the Sea of Cortez were OK, but one-time visits. We only saw whales at the mouth to the Cabo bay/Sea of Cortez entrance and the Pacific. Never saw any wildlife in the Sea of Cortez!

We experienced rainy weather in both Santa Barbara and Ensenada but were still able to get around with proper rain gear. The cruise would have been much better with sunny weather.

We had a great experience. I would highly recommend Princess and this particular route!

the staff at bars often spoke among themselves in their language and the pool bars were terrible service, light pours on drinks and slow Wheelhouse bar was terrific, great staff, attentive and pleasant; good entertainment.

No cruise is perfect. This one was lots of fun sailing over New Years. The food left a little bit to be desire not really as good as before. Dessert were not up to par. My favorite production show was cancelled due to productional problems…………………sad but true. If you have rules, the rules should be followed. The adult only pool and hot tub were full of kids (as were all of the other hot tubs. The kids overtook all the hot tubs) The kids have a special place just for kids and the adults need to have a space that isn’t kid friendly.

This cruise was pretty much a disappointment to me. The speciality restaurants and the ship layout were the worst. It's only because of a few areas on good ratings in my review that it seems high. If I had a category where I could rate my entire time on the ship, it would be 2 stars. My advice to help your ship would be to start by getting rid of your culinary staff.
