Review summary

We were delighted to take this cruise. It more than lived up to our expectations. Kudos to Princess. You have studied how people react, what they want. Need more diversity in ads and luggage racks on staterooms Rangers were very helpful as were excursion guides Ready to repeat

Good but for lactose intolerant they should have consommé upon request or broth Why don’t they have beets at least on salad table. Food , service were good

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Jeremy in Calypso Cove stands out. Our room steward was very helpful as was the front desk staff. Don’t think staff should talk in their native language in front of passengers, your guests

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Fast, efficient, comfortable. Better than we expected after the cattle shutes entrance on arrival a week earlier. Valet service was very good but we were adrift being deposited at the airport some seven hours before our flight. It put a damper on the week’s experience
