There is a better chance to use the outside jacuzzi's during night, after 10pm and it is great because you can be watching the movie under the stars that they play at 10;30pm.

The mid-part of the ship does not offer stairs, so if you like to take the stairs, go to the front or back of the ship.

Our balcony room was near the forward elevators, so was very convenient to get to different levels. Also, we used laundry service and they did an excellent job in a timely manner.

Cash exchange machines were not efficient and high interest charges were applied if small denomination bills were used. Machines would only accept one bill at a time, although instructions implied you could feed more before the transaction began.

If you choose any time dining, be sure to READ your welcome packet about the times available for dinner. One dining room does not let you in until 7:30 and there were long lines waiting to be seated. The other dining room opens at 5:30 and is more organized.

On this ship if you are aft you need to take elevators to Deck 7, walk to front or midship then go back down again! Annoying. Great organization on getting on/off ship at ports.

This was my first cruise on a ship this large. I'm not sure if I want to cruise again on a big ship because of the difficulty getting a dinner reservation prior to 7:30pm

While they are still testing Ocean Medallion, if we order a drink through the App, the first drink was free. Not sure how long the freebie will be available.
