Review summary

Wordt service and quality. Could not wait to get off ship and never return. Felt like a jail sentence. Total rip off. They stole $200 from me for internet service thay did not work. They cheat everyone. I heard many talking. Sat internet when you sail next to shore is just not right. Food was sub par. Not enjoyabke eatong the same every night. Service horrible. Go to 2 different bars and order the same and you will get 2 totally different drinks. Staff is rude and hold a long face. Felt like floating hospice

Ship tip

Please go with Carnival or Celebrity if you want good food, good service and a great time. This was sub par in every way. They ripped me off and stolemy money on internet and a few other things.

Going in March and not one bit worried. Positive thinking helps. I have friends who just got back and only cruise Princess. 30 different ones!

Cruising44254, you must have been on some other cruise line we have cruised princess many times, they are the best. The staff have been the greatest from waiters, to housekeeping from bars to spas, professional an courteous all

Got back recently after 14 days. I loved it. Amazing ship and crew. Always helpful and smiling. As for the Internet, I think everyone knows ahead of time it will be hit or miss. You are out at sea, it is what it is. We had 57 different nationalities on our cruise. Tons of kids. What hospice?

I am so glad that you all have replied to this person. I was getting worried about going on the 3rd Sept. But you all have put my mind at ease...I agree with boldpro and that the Royal is happy for Cruising44254 not to be on board anymore! Thanks again you all. :)

We have just got off after our very first cruise and the Royal Princess was excellent! Food was really good, we were not ripped off at all and all the staff were really friendly and helpful!! xx
