Review summary

I thought yours was an upscale cruise line but your many  cheesy promo routines like repeatedly sending  ship's personnel around to my table bothering me as I ate dinner hawking wine tasting crab shack etc just brought down my estimate of Princess Lines in my eyes. Whose stupid idea was that? Your marketing dept? fire them, they're low class.

The mattress I slept on was just slightly wider than a crib .It made it almost impossible to roll over without fear of falling out of the tiny little baby bed. Norwegian Line offers luxury bedding.  You need to take a look at theirs. The only thing that saves you is your shipboard personnel.  They were outstanding. Richard the cabin attendant did a fantastic job from the moment we boarded.  Candelaria in passenger services knocked herself out for us and deserves special recognition. Dr Roberto in Medical was excellent although Diane who is suppose to be greeting passengers is unfriendly and cranky.

Thanks for sharing your cruise.

We had literally zero Hawking from princess staff. My cruise expectations were set by my experience from 20 years ago, and I must say I was very pleasantly surprised. The only 'comfort issue' we had was the cold tap water was too warm. Could not take a cold shower after an exhaustive day of touring. But I understand why. The tap water is roughly the same temp as the ocean water, which is warm!

We have just come off this ship and the so called hawking was only done on the 1st night. Its no different to going into a store and staff trying to promote other items or buying a vehicle and accessories being promoted. These people get paid commission on these extras. As far as the mattress, we had a beautiful pillowtop, very comfortable. Some people just aren't happy unless they have something to complain about.

We have been on the Royal Princess and didn't see a size difference in the bed, but the cabins are smaller than their previous ships. The staff is outstanding, and the ship itself is beautiful, I agree it's not nice to be dining and being harassed at your table to buy specialty restaurants and specialty coffee and wine tasting seminars

Please mention all this crew names at the Princess survey. Crew promotions heavy based on our feedback.

Rltmjt403...I believe someone said earlier that the casino is not open in Bermuda port.

Was the casino open when you were docked in Bermuda?
