I want half of my money back because I feel as though I got 1/2 of a cruise. Once on board, the captain did whatever he wanted by holding us on board when we should have been off of the boat at the different ports of call. We were rushed to get back on the ship when we were already late getting off of the ship. I may never travel with Holland America again.

Overall it was a great cruise with only minor annoyances. Really, I'm on vacation here. Getting dressed up for dinner does not usually enter into my ideal vacation. If you can get past that, as I did, you'll have a wonderful time.

They stop at 4 ports. Jamaica was scary. People stalk you there. Cayman is nice and quiet. Cozumel has a lot of shopping. I will not cruise with this line again because it is just too boring. When I cruise I need a balance of quiet but also entertainment and fun!!

Beautiful ship, very well organized program and itinerary, lovely crew. Holland America Line is first class! Highly recommended.

All in all an excellent cruise. Great stops with well organized and interesting excursions. Service throughout the cruise, from all those on board, was outstanding. Looking forward to our next Holland America cruise!

My cruise trip with Rotterdam was a great experience. The services, food and entertainment events were all great.

Overall, It will be hard to top this cruise! Everything was truly unforgettable and awesome, except for losing Lincoln Center Stage. I'm still heartbroken about that. They will have to rename many of their decks!! Remove the names of classical composers like they removed their music!! Oooops, sorry, that's a real sore spot. I highly recommend this cruise though.

Nice Ship. All new. Really nice Cabin. Too many people for me though. I prefer the older smaller ships.

This was our first cruise ever. We loved it. You're traveling from A to B while sleeping and we got to spend 4 of the 7 days visiting different ports and got to spend the whole day there , we loved Norway, what a fantastic country. Loved our room, bed was great and for all the things we got to see it was a very relaxing voyage nonetheless . Preferred the specialty dining options over the buffets and main dining room.

I have a Holland America Line history that goes back 72 years. Although not the same as my first transatlantic crossing in 1951, "It's still Good to Be On a Wellrun Ship".

This is our first cruise on Holland America and thought it was wonderful. We enjoyed everything and would definitely go again.

Very clean ship! The worker to passenger racial is amazing. The live entertainment at The Rolling Stones Club, BB King, billboard on board, and the Lincoln Centre were top notch! To us it just seems like Holland American cruise line goes over and above on the little things. The other cruise lines that we have been on seem to neglect. We have been on Costa, Carnival, Royal Caribbean. This was our first time on Holland and it was our best cruise so far!

Our first cruise with HAL exceeded all our expectations, will definitely cruise with them again!!

This was a great way to visit several countries and the tours were well organized and enjoyable. Ship's staff were all top notch.

Good cruise for people over 70. If you love playing card games and chilling, also great. If you are looking for exciting and diverse night life, not the cruise for you.

The bottom line on HAL’s Rotterdam? It’s hard to argue with a classic. It’s got the basics—pleasing décor, comfortable cabins, decent food, pools, spa, casino, entertainment, shops. No, you can’t ride a carousel. But it delivered a relaxing, rejuvenating vacation.

The ship is clean, the food very good, the staff very helpful. We would enjoy sailing on the Rotterdam again.

Looking to book another Holland cruise asap! Great experience with this cruise line. Didn't realize it was an older average cruiser but so glad it was! Loved it and made some new friends.
