Overall it was a great cruise with only minor annoyances. Really, I'm on vacation here. Getting dressed up for dinner does not usually enter into my ideal vacation. If you can get past that, as I did, you'll have a wonderful time.

How could you not enjoy this? The buffet always had more than anyone could eat and it was all great. The dining room had fantastic wait staff and meal selections to satisfy anyone. Expertly prepared.

There wasn't a person on staff who wasn't friendly and happy. Couldn't have asked for better staffing, everyone was super.

Couldn't ask for a cleaner ship. No dirt to be found anywhere.

The room was nice albeit compact. Would like to have had a place to sit other than the bed. There was a small couch but it was not comfortable. The shower was spectacular, wish I could get that set up in my home!
Ship tip
Try to get a mid-ship room low in the ship. When in port, expect the street vendors to offer you goods at a price higher than identical items in the local shops.
Not so impressed with the Trolley Train tour. We drove through the seedier parts of town (people sleeping along the sidewalk, etc.). Tour stop at a nice beach where we stayed for half an hour. If you wanted to sit on a lounge chair, you could rent one from the tour operator for five dollars. Didn't really get to see much for my touring dollar. Skip this tour.
Was perhaps the nicest, most modern of the places we visited. Bus tour here takes you through the area and up to the highest point on the island. Great view from there. I'd do this one again also.
