Review summary
This was our first cruise ever. We loved it. You're traveling from A to B while sleeping and we got to spend 4 of the 7 days visiting different ports and got to spend the whole day there , we loved Norway, what a fantastic country. Loved our room, bed was great and for all the things we got to see it was a very relaxing voyage nonetheless . Preferred the specialty dining options over the buffets and main dining room.Embarkation
It was quite busy but it all went reasonably smooth

Food and Dining
The main dining rooms and buffets were very busy, loud and somewhat hectic. The food was good We preferred the fine dining options like Canaletto and especially Rudy's sel de mer . There it was much more quiet, romantic ,great food and the upcharge was very reasonable for a top notch dining experience.
Onboard Activities
Did not partake in any of the onboard activities except the presentation of the ports we visited
Entertainment
Loved the BB King blues club and the Rolling Stone venue. The rock band was fantastic, great musicians ,Anna had a great voice, and loved their repertoire . Chile is a great guitar player and Jake awesome on keyboards.
Service and Staff
Top notch. Service from Wilhelmina at Rudy's was fantastic as were our bartenders at the various bars.

The bed was awesome, amenities great, awesome house keeping service.
Ship tip
Look into the package . This was our first cruise ever and we did not do the all inclusive and don't know what it entails. Just internet access and daily crew appreciation fees @ $ 16/day/pp added up to well over $ 400. Maybe we would have been better off getting a package deal and we will look into it ourselves for our next cruise.
