Go for it. One of the best cruise we've been on. Excellent cruise and excursions. Great food and atmosphere. The Love Boat makes dreams come true.

Really liked this ship. It's big, but never felt crowded. One negative, the promenade deck doesn't wrap all the way around the ship. You can definitely feel some vibration in the back of the ship in our cabin.

The Eastern Caribbean has very similar ports, so plan different activities to add variation to the port days.

We prefer the aft part of the ship for our cabin, the elevators on that end are less crowded. Requires a little more walking but the excercise was needed.

Would not pay extra money for concierge class. Had to request bathrobe upgrade twice before it happen. Room service breakfast is reduced to cold cereal or an egg mcmuffin...sooo Disappointing

It may take you a few days to learn where everything is, but you will and it's ok. Remember that you cannot go to the 5th floor from the rear elevators and you can't walk the length of the ship on the 6th floor so your best bet if your room is aft is go to the 7th floor and enjoy a leisurely walk. Also, you get out what you put in here as well as anywhere, if you smile and are friendly you will make friends and have amazing service, but if you are surly and complain, that you'll get the same back.

If really good food is important, go around and look at the menu's of the different resturant daily and make your dinning plan earlier in the day rather than later.
