We did not participate in any on board activities. It's our first time on board Princess cruise. We spend time exploring the ship.

Our steward stateroom, Henry is very efficient. However, the customer relations staff have yet to improve. She should set a standard to treat every passenger without showing any bias on whether you're Asian or Caucasian.

The ship is a masterpiece on it's own. A cruising set-piece in 3D. Cleanliness shows on the ship part to remind passengers to sanitize before going in to horizon courts and restaurant.

We love our Stateroom Steward, Henry who is from the Philippines. He did a great job and his friendly gestures shine.
