Very smooth experience probably 20 minutes from the shuttle to the ship.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The food was great for the most part. There was a few days when the buffet selection was limited.

Wheelhouse Bar (Pub Lunch)

5 out of 5

Like the setting of this bar, had very good entertainment.

Trident Grill

5 out of 5

Love the cheeseburgers.

Crown Grill

5 out of 5

Great steaks for the price, we always eat here at least once during our cruise.

Alfredo's Pizzeria

5 out of 5

Very nice place to eat, they do not charge and if you ask they may even make you a custom pizza.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Excellent bar experinece, the Prinsess live cafe bar was my favorite, all the batenders and stewards where awesome.

Entertainment

Did not use these much.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
Awesome line up of new movies.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Everyone on princess was awesome, they are so friendly and have always made our cruise very enjoyable. Did meet some of the stewards and bartenders from other ships. Not sure how they do it but the recongnized us right away.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
This regal was like new.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The deluxe balcony was great, the little couch was very useful.

Ship tip

We prefer the aft part of the ship for our cabin, the elevators on that end are less crowded. Requires a little more walking but the excercise was needed.

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida

5 out of 5
Very easy to navigate, we sailed from here several times and never had a bad experience.

Princess Cays (Cruise Line Private Island)

5 out of 5
Love the BBQ princess hosts, does require a tender, but there are plenty of them to get you there and back to the ship.

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

5 out of 5
Love the shopping there.

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

5 out of 5
Had a good experience, they are still reeling from the effects of the hurricane so we where happy to support the local people.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Very smooth, probably took a half hour from the time we left out cabin to get the FLL. We took advantage of the platnuim lounge.
