Review summary

This was a special cruise on a newer Medallion class ship. We loved the elegance and special features. There were 3500 passengers and 1500 crew members, so balcony staterooms were smaller than expected. The food and service in the dining rooms was 5-star class. My favorite part was the top-notch Broadway-quality entertainment —amazing singers and dancers!

Cabin / Stateroom

My only negative was the size of our balcony stateroom. It was very small. We will get a mini suite next time. No real special treatment by our steward other than a couple of chocolates on our bedside each night, but he did keep the room very clean and well-stocked. No towels shaped into animals on our bed.

Ship tip

This is a newer ship, so get a mini suite.

Nice for a day to relax. The bbq was not too good.

Beautiful but still so much damage from the hurricane. So sad! Wish we had known beforehand but we were told everything was back to normal.

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

Same problem as in St. Thomas. The damage will take a long time to recover from!
