We absolutely loved the entire cruise with the exception of the excursion staff and their lack of standing behind the excursions they offer. The director of excursions was extremely rude and lied straight to our faces. The entire rest of the on-board staff was superb!

The size was perfect for 2 people and the balcony was very nice. We were on the 12th floor at the front of the boat and could feel quite a bit of movement when the sea was choppy.
Ship tip
Do NOT book excursions with Princess. They do not stand behind what they say the excursion will be and at 2 ports they cancelled excursions at the last minute. They offered discounts to certain groups to take modified tours but not all. We ended up on a modified excursion paying more$ for the same sites as another group, but 3 hours less time. On another excursion, we were to visit a town and 3 beaches which we did not do. Princess would only reimburse $35 of the $150 we paid. We were beyond disappointed with the entire process.
The description Princess wrote stated 3 beaches and a visit to a town. We stopped at one beach for a 10 minute restroom break but no beach. We did not stop at any other beaches and did not visit a town.
They cancelled all excursions (at the last minute while we were waiting in the cue to leave) stating that the water was too choppy. The tenders were still running and we later found out that it was due to Princess not paying their excursions bill from the previous sail. We took the tender to town and found our own excursion - but lost a couple of hours due to sitting and waiting to hear what was happening.
We loved Kotor and our excursion was good except that we got a 'substitute' driver for our TukTuk who did not speak English and said absolutely NOTHING on our tour around the Kotor.
We had booked a 5-hour 'On Your Own' visit to Portofino which included a bus ride to Santa Margherita and then a boat ride to Portofino. Due to sea conditions, no boats were going out. We were told that they were switching our tour to a visit in the towns of Rapallo and Santa Margarita instead. We were given NO discount even though we lost our entire excursion experience. Another group had booked an 8 hour Santa Margherita, Rapallo and Portofino. They also lost Portofino and therefore did only the 2 towns (same as ours now) but still had 8 hours instead of our 5. They were given a 35% discount which made their excursion cheaper than ours yet they got 3 hours more. The excursion desk was extremely rude and did nothing to compensate us. This was beyond unacceptable!
