Interesting port. Ship Tour (by taxi) for cave and see monkeys. Tour was to be from 10 - 12. Drive left us off in center city at 11:15 after asking him to return us to ship. He said shuttle to ship was just to the right so off we went. Almost 30 minutes later and asking many questions we find out you have to pay for a taxi-shuttle to return you to the ship. We were not happy with us and informed the excursion desk.
When into Milan on tour to see painting of "Last Supper". 2 hour bus drive each way. Excursion could have been much better but we had a tour guide whose first tour ever was ours. No experience so a lot of wasted time and walking.
Wonderful port. Excursion tour to Florence was great as well as getting to see the leaning tower of Pisa (was only a quick photo stop requiring you to walk a ways to the site to see tower).
Thank you for this recent update and ports, I have been to them all except Turkey, we have booked our 21 day cruise for September , so hoping everything goes as planned , as I feel it will be our very last cruise of Europe having done it at least 6 times , love it but enough is enough😀 can u tell me when you left the ship for airport what time did disembarking start, as we have booked a early flight and now I am worried we won’t make the flight
