Review summary
The excursions were very good. Didn't much like having to wait for the same people over and over. The service on the ship was great and the food in the dining room was great. We had a few minor problems but Holland provided a solution each time.Embarkation

The main dining room was great. The food was great and the servers were great. We went to the Dive Inn once for hot dogs and it took 45 minutes. Very poor service there.

Can only give 4 stars due to the service at the Dive Inn. When I complained to the head person, I was contacted that evening by the in charge person and offered a bottle of wine for my troubles. Never did see the wine.

There needs to be someone making sure everyone uses sanitizer before entering the main dining room and the Lido buffet.

Ports of call
Did the Sorrento excursion which was very good. Naples is not the greatest city to tour. We walked around after getting back from the excursion and it was dirty and not the best area to walk in.
The city was easy to navigate and the ruins were great to see. We took the subway back to the ship and that worked out very nicely.
The ships location was quite a ways from the action. There was a people mover which took us closer but still a good 30 minute walk to the cathedral.
Livorno (Florence & Pisa), Italy
Took the excursion to Cinque Terre. Didn't have much time in each of the towns to explore. Spent most of the time waiting for the boat.
