We enjoyed the cruise as a "once-in-a-lifetime" experience. Overall it was a good adventure, and a good value but probably wouldn't choose to do it again. The 6 days at sea were tedious at best and could have been much worse if there had been bad weather. We would certainly cruise on the Spirit again, just not on this itinerary.

I will never go on the Norwegian Spirit again. If I was to win a free cruise on it I would not go nor give it away to have another people spirit ripped out of their body. They should remove the spirit off of that cruise ship and replace it with complexed

The cruise itself was great but did not follow through with what was promised. I spent months trying to contact an agent through phone and email. Many voicemails and emails had no returns. On board credit did not exists as promised. Paid Gratuits we’re not paid. I had to pay twice for them. Next will be cash rebate. I will assume that it will also be a problem. Cruise Next credits were not applied properly. Transfers did not exist nor was I not provided an allowance. On and on needless to say but I am done with and Cruise Next and I will discourage anyone from this misinformation and lack of communication.

I will definitely vacation on Norwegian Cruise Line again

First time with Norwegian, not the last! The crew made sure of that!

Overall we are VERY dissatisfied with our trip, I can see the exact same trip on sale now for $899 per person w/Balcony and drink package where we paid $2600 per person w/Balcony - I actually blame our travel agent or that Cheap Cruises. THE FOOD ON THE CRUISE WAS TERRIBLE AND CAUSED MUCH DIGESTIVE DISCOMFORT DURING THE TRIP!!!

Weather was not the best. Got sick and needed to see ships DR. Staff was great. Buffet food was not the greatest.

Awful, horrible, waste of time. If you're not a retiree avoid this cruise

Great cities. would like more time in ports and have a naturalist or historian give a talk.

We had a wonderful time and I Definitely recommend this cruise for a restful retreat.

We all really loved this Alaskan Cruise. The staff and room stewards were excellent and extremely friendly and helpful. The food was great and really enjoyed the variety of food options. I think some different or more craft beers can be added (people love craft beer). I enjoyed most of the ports/stops but I think rearranging the schedule to shorten or skip Icy Point and add more time at ports with more things to do (Ketchikan and Victoria). Would recommend this cruise to friends and family.

I like Norwegian CruiseLine and believe I received a fair to a good value. I felt the need to see Alaska and I can now remove from my bucket list. The weather was cool to cold with mist or overcast most every day. I did enjoy this cruise, but I have 'no' desire to ever go on another Alaskan cruise. I personally believe Alaska and the scenery is oversold.

We thoroughly enjoyed our cruise but the weather made the excursions less enjoyable. Staff was wonderful 100 percent of the time!! The food was wiite good and there was a huge selection for all the meals.

This itinerary was great because it alternates port days with at sea days. We had days to adventure and days to relax.

If you're looking to just check Alaska off your list and not actually explore the state this cruise if for you. It was only one stop in Ketchikan and it is a very small town and not a ton of things to do. Cute downtown area but you can walk it in about an hour. You wont be the gorgeous mountain ranges and glaciers that you might expect for Alaska. Note: this ship does NOT have a kids club so I don't recommend brining kids as there isn't much for them to do.

this was their 2nd time out most workers were being trained, food was not up to Norwegian's standards, airline tickets were sent to us 3 weeks before not allowing changes or upgrades we had asked for 2 days in tahiti & we were booked to returned the same night the ship docked we arrived at 8 pm had a flight a 11 with no changes not allowing us to see tahiti and we were a group of 6 people one was 80 she will NEVER get another chance to see tahiti

I always like cruise with Norwegian. The ships and service onboard is excellent.

We've always preferred Norwegian as our favorite cruise line. But after this cruise I'm so sad to say that's no longer the case. What could have been an incredible experience with our entire family, they cancelled our final port, and they not only offered no compensation or help changing our plans, but they couldn't be bothered to offer their regrets. Instead they acted like we should be happy they docked in Civitavecchia rather than doing donuts in the water for a day.

This was our 2nd and will be our last cruise with NCL. We did not enjoy our Alaska Cruise with them but thought we should give them another shot; that was a mistake. NCL has managed to take the joy out of cruising and make it entirely about squeezing every penny from its customers while spending the bare minimum on food and entertainment.

Overall it was a great cruise! Cruising In November meant that we had cool weather and NO CROWDS!
